{"id":4828,"date":"2020-01-17T13:51:39","date_gmt":"2020-01-17T12:51:39","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/diba.ccoo.cat\/?p=4828"},"modified":"2023-02-22T18:57:27","modified_gmt":"2023-02-22T17:57:27","slug":"aviat-ja-cobrarem-la-productivitat-mensual","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ccoo.app\/diputacio-de-barcelona\/aviat-ja-cobrarem-la-productivitat-mensual\/","title":{"rendered":"ORGT: AVIAT JA COBRAREM LA PRODUCTIVITAT MENSUAL"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"wp-caption-text\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-1853\" src=\"http:\/\/ccoo.app\/diputacio-de-barcelona\/wp-content\/blogs.dir\/6\/files\/sites\/186\/2018\/01\/logoccoov18.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"137\" height=\"63\" \/>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 <a href=\"http:\/\/ccoo.app\/diputacio-de-barcelona\/wp-content\/blogs.dir\/6\/files\/sites\/186\/2020\/01\/comunicat-productivitat-mensual-orgt.pdf\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/ccoo.app\/diputacio-de-barcelona\/wp-content\/blogs.dir\/6\/files\/sites\/186\/2018\/04\/22-300x172.png\" width=\"151\" height=\"87\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"font-family: 'arial black', sans-serif;font-size: 24px;color: #0000ff;text-decoration: underline\">PRODUCTIVITAT MENSUAL<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">L<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">a regularitzaci\u00f3 de la productiva mensual a la Diputaci\u00f3 es fa a la n\u00f2mina de febrer, \u00e9s per aix\u00f2 que d\u2019acord amb la informaci\u00f3 que disposem, el personal de l\u2019ORGT la comen\u00e7arem a percebre al febrer (de manera retroactiva des de gener 2020).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000;font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Com ja sabeu aquest \u00e9s el primer any que el personal de l&#8217;ORGT cobrar\u00e0 la <strong><u>Productivitat mensualment<\/u><\/strong>, tal i com succeeix amb els nostres companys i companyes de la Diba.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000;font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">L\u2019actual normativa (article 6) indica que la quantia del factor mensual de productivitat es calcula d\u2019acord amb <strong>el m\u00f2dul establert<\/strong> per a cadascun dels llocs de treball, el <strong>nombre de dies <\/strong>treballats i <strong>l\u2019Avaluaci\u00f3 <\/strong>del desenvolupament. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">Aquesta complement mensual de productivitat es composa de dos elements molt importants:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\"><strong><u>PRIMER ELEMENT<\/u><\/strong>: Les <strong>penalitzacions<\/strong> que provenen de:<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">-Baixes per malaltia comuna o accident laboral.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">-Indisposicions\/baixa 24h.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">-Llic\u00e8ncies sense sou.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\"><strong><u>SEGON ELEMENT<\/u><\/strong>: <strong>Puntuaci\u00f3<\/strong> <strong>del <em>Q\u00fcestionari d&#8217;Avaluaci\u00f3 del Desenvolupament<\/em><\/strong>, m\u00e9s conegut com els QAD&#8217;s. Com el seu propi nom indica, l&#8217;objectiu d&#8217;aquest q\u00fcestionari \u00e9s avaluar el personal a trav\u00e9s d&#8217;uns factors que el cap directe haur\u00e0 de puntuar. En funci\u00f3 d&#8217;aquesta, la Paga de Productivitat Mensual es podria veure minvada.
