Mentre aix\u00f2 no sigui possible t\u00e8cnicament, ens informen que ajustaran les nostres peticions tenint en compte les equival\u00e8ncies esmentades en aquest comunicat.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">Aprofitem per a recordar-vos que aquests 4 dies de perm\u00eds per conciliaci\u00f3 es poden sol\u00b7licitar per jornades senceres o per fraccions m\u00ednimes de dues hores. Ara b\u00e9, la utilitzaci\u00f3 d\u2019aquestes hores de forma fraccionada, no pot comportar la no assist\u00e8ncia al lloc de treball durant tot el dia. Per tant, en aquest cas, l\u2019empleat haur\u00e0 d\u2019estar present en el seu lloc de treball un m\u00ednim de 2 hores 30 minuts.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a
