Aquest personal no haur\u00e0 de passar m\u00e9s proves (te\u00f2riques i\/o pr\u00e0ctiques) per continuar formant part de la borsa de l\u2019\u00e0mbit funcional del lloc de treball. Aquest col\u00b7lectiu ha demostrat sobradament la seva professionalitat i capacitat.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">Inclou mesures per a la inclusi\u00f3 de <strong>persones amb discapacitat<\/strong>.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\"><u>Respecta<\/u> els principis de<strong> publicitat, igualtat, capacitat i m\u00e8rit <\/strong>per a la crida i garanteix el <strong>control i supervisi\u00f3 per part dels sindicats<\/strong> en cas d\u2019alteraci\u00f3 excepcional de l\u2019ordre de prelaci\u00f3.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">En uns dies, us enviarem un resum m\u00e9s detallat del contingut de l\u2019acord i de les nostres valoracions.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: 'arial black', sans-serif;color: #0000ff\"><strong>COM A CONCLUSI\u00d3<\/strong><\/span>, creiem que l\u2019acord, tot i no recollir totes les nostres reivindicacions, combina de manera acceptable i equilibrada els interessos leg\u00edtims dels integrants de les borses i les necessitats organitzatives de la Diputaci\u00f3 de Barcelona.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">\u00d2bviament, i com passa amb tots els acords, haurem d\u2019estar molt atents per a que els objectius marcats per aquest, realment es compleixin.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">Creiem per tant que, tenint en compte totes les circumst\u00e0ncies, \u00e9s el millor acord al que es podia arribar en aquest moment. Com ho hem dit abans, ara toca estar vigilants respecte a la seva execuci\u00f3 i implementaci\u00f3.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a
