l\u2019anterior mandat de la creaci\u00f3 necess\u00e0ria d\u2019una <strong>Comissi\u00f3 de Treball XBM<\/strong> per atendre les especificitats d\u2019aquest personal de Diba adscrit funcionalment a una altra administraci\u00f3.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">Demanem que s\u2019activi la negociaci\u00f3 pendent del calendari 2019 i del nombre de jornades a treballar\/any, per sobre de l\u2019acord Diba.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">Volem una soluci\u00f3 al no pagament d\u2019ajuts per menjar d\u2019acord amb els dies sencers treballats, incloent-hi l\u2019horari ordinari i l\u2019extraordinari pels motius que sigui: formaci\u00f3, reunions, activitats&#8230; entre d\u2019altres moltes m\u00e9s casu\u00edstiques.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\"><strong>RESPOSTA DSRH:<\/strong> Es far\u00e0 decret per a que el <strong>personal dels bibliobusos percebi 3 ajuts menjar setmanals.<\/strong> Des de CCOO, tot i que aix\u00f2 va en la l\u00ednia de les nostres reivindicacions, <strong>\u00e9s encara insuficient<\/strong> respecte a aquest personal concret i tamb\u00e9 en el cas d\u2019altres companys i companyes de diferents biblioteques.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'arial black', sans-serif;color: #000000\"><strong>TAULA DE MOBILITAT<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: <em>Pla de Despla\u00e7ament Corporatiu de la Diputaci\u00f3<\/em>.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">Volem saber en quin estat est\u00e0 el l\u2019aplicaci\u00f3 del Complement Espec\u00edfic EE02 enlloc del EE01. Com ja sap la corporaci\u00f3, no veiem cap element que justifiqui aquesta diferenciaci\u00f3. Igual treball, igual salari.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'arial black', sans-serif;color: #000000\"><strong>TRASLLAT DEL SERVEI DE COMER\u00c7<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">S\u2019ha fet saber a les persones afectades la voluntat de traslladar el personal de la Ger\u00e8ncia de Serveis de Comer\u00e7 de Mundet al recinte de la Maternitat. Fem evident que no s\u2019havia donat cap informaci\u00f3 als sindicats i exigim informaci\u00f3 al respecte. Hi ha modificacions de condicions de treball? Demanem que es doni resposta a les inquietuds que el personal ha fet arribar a la corporaci\u00f3 mitjan\u00e7ant l\u2019escrit que han presentat.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'arial black', sans-serif;color: #000000\"><strong>OFERTA P\u00daBLICA 2019<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">Demanem que s\u2019inclogui de manera immediata, i sobretot abans que acabi l\u2019any, la negociaci\u00f3 de l\u2019Oferta P\u00fablica d\u2019Ocupaci\u00f3 2019 (nom\u00e9s respecte al nombre de places).
