LES MILLORES SOCIALS PER EDAT 2017\/2018 AL PERSONAL QUE VA INICIAR UN PROCEDIMENT JUDICIAL CONTRA LA DIPUTACI\u00d3 PEL TEMA PREMIS.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\"><strong>POSICIONAMENT DE CCOO DIBA<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">Exigim que la Diputaci\u00f3 de Barcelona compleixi amb els acords signats i ratificats pel Ple corporatiu.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">Exigim que <strong>la Diputaci\u00f3 pagui la Millora Social per edat a tot el personal que compleixi els requisits.<\/strong> Per tant, demanem que <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;background-color: #ffff00\"><strong>es faci efectiu tamb\u00e9 al personal que ha interposat una demanda al Contenci\u00f3s pel tema de l\u2019impagament dels Premis per Anys de Servei.<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">En aquest moment, el decret que s\u2019ha fet posa el seg\u00fcent:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><a ACTUEM<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">Davant aquesta situaci\u00f3, <strong>CCOO hem presentat Recurs Administratiu per registre dirigit <\/strong><strong>AL DIPUTAT DELEGAT D\u2019HISENDA, RECURSOS HUMANS, PROCESSO I SOCIETAT DE LA INFORMACI\u00d3.<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">A m\u00e9s, estem assessorant als nostres afiliats i afiliades per a que en presentin un a titol individual abans que s&#8217;esgoti el termini legal.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"background-color: #ffffff;color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Al setembre, esperem reunir-nos amb el nou EQUIP DE GOVERN amb l&#8217;objectiu que doni una soluci\u00f3 a aquesta situaci\u00f3 que entenem \u00e9s absolutament
