2019<\/strong><\/span> Tal com ja us vam informar, la paga de productivitat anual (abril 2019 \u00e01539,53 \u20ac) s\u2019ha de veure incrementada amb els anomenats \u201cfons addicionals\u201d (l\u2019any 2018 va suposar + 132,06 \u20ac).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">Mitjan\u00e7ant escrit (n\u00fam. registre 1900013124) <strong><u>hem demanat a la DSRH quan es far\u00e0 efectiu aquest increment<\/u><\/strong> aplicat sobre el factor anual de productivitat.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">La resposta que hem rebut per escrit \u00e9s la seg\u00fcent: \u201c<em>us informem que s\u2019est\u00e0 treballant per a que es pugui pagar el proper <\/em><strong><em><u>mes d\u2019octubre 2019<\/u><\/em><\/strong>\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a per part de la Diputaci\u00f3, CCOO ens hem vist obligats a presentar una denuncia a Inspecci\u00f3 de Treball per tal que es prenguin mesures correctores urgents.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 16px;color: #000000\"><strong>La Nau Flor\u00eds<\/strong> acull una \u00c0rea per a la formaci\u00f3 t\u00e8xtil amb laboratoris d&#8217;aprenentatge, de \u00a0recerca i de desenvolupament de teixits d&#8217;altes prestacions.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 16px;color: #000000\">\u00c9s tracta doncs d\u2019un centre de treball on hi trobem personal de Diputaci\u00f3 i tamb\u00e9 desenes d\u2019alumnes els quals estan patint una situaci\u00f3 d\u2019estr\u00e8s t\u00e8rmic que posa en perill la seva salut: temperatura de 30\u00baC que arriba en alguns moments del dia fins als 38\u00baC.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/ccoo.app\/diputacio-de-barcelona\/wp-content\/blogs.dir\/6\/files\/sites\/186\/2019\/07\/temperatures-norma.png\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: Mai la manca de pressupost pot ser una excusa per a no complir la norma i posar en perill la salut del personal.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><a
