{"id":4416,"date":"2019-05-29T13:05:42","date_gmt":"2019-05-29T12:05:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/diba.ccoo.cat\/?p=4416"},"modified":"2023-02-22T18:58:48","modified_gmt":"2023-02-22T17:58:48","slug":"resum-de-la-reunio-de-constitucio-de-la-junta-de-personal","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ccoo.app\/diputacio-de-barcelona\/resum-de-la-reunio-de-constitucio-de-la-junta-de-personal\/","title":{"rendered":"RESUM DE LA REUNI\u00d3 DE CONSTITUCI\u00d3 DE LA JUNTA DE PERSONAL"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"wp-caption-text\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-1853\" src=\"http:\/\/ccoo.app\/diputacio-de-barcelona\/wp-content\/blogs.dir\/6\/files\/sites\/186\/2018\/01\/logoccoov18.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"137\" height=\"63\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><strong style=\"color: #0000ff;font-family: 'arial black', sans-serif;font-size: 24px\">RESUM DE LA REUNI\u00d3 DE CONSTITUCI\u00d3 DE LA JUNTA DE PERSONAL<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000;font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">D\u2019acord amb el marca l\u2019article 39.6 de l\u2019EBEP, avui ha tingut lloc la reuni\u00f3 de constituci\u00f3 de la Junta de Personal (JP) de la Diputaci\u00f3 de Barcelona que quedar\u00e0 de la seg\u00fcent manera:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Presid\u00e8ncia: Mireia Vall\u00e8s Camps (CCOO)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Secretaria: Maria Teresa Calavia Torn\u00e9 (UGT)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Vicepresid\u00e8ncia: Anna Ferri Segarra (I-CSC)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Vicesecret\u00e0ria: Jose Antonio Cuenca Queralt (CCOO)<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000;font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">S\u2019ha aprovat la proposta presentada per a la representaci\u00f3 de CCOO (consensuada pr\u00e8viament) que inclo\u00efa que <strong><u>totes<\/u><\/strong> les candidatures tinguessin responsabilitats d\u2019acord amb la seva representativitat.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000;font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Les 4 representants per part de CGT han declinat amb la seva abstenci\u00f3 formar part dels c\u00e0rrecs de responsabilitat; la resta de representants (25) hi ha votat a favor.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000;font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Aquest acord reflexa de manera contundent la ferma voluntat de tots i totes les delegades de la Junta de Personal de treballar de manera coordinada.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000;font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">La representaci\u00f3 de CCOO a la JP tenim la voluntat que es segueixi treballant com es va fer al mandat anterior especialment en dos temes:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Els delegats\/des de Prevenci\u00f3 i la seva assignaci\u00f3 entre els diferents sindicats <\/span><em style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">(La nostra proposta \u00e9s de proporcionalitat d\u2019acord amb els resultats electorals).<\/em><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Designaci\u00f3 del membre que participa als tribunals de selecci\u00f3 a proposta de la Junta. <\/span><em style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;text-align: justify\">(La nostra proposta \u00e9s que la pres\u00e8ncia als tribunals s&#8217;estableixi de manera rotat\u00f2ria).<\/em><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000;font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">A m\u00e9s, durant aquest mandat, ens agradaria <strong>treballar per elaborar un reglament de procediment de la Junta <\/strong>tal com marca l\u2019article de l\u2019EBEP.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000;font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Algunes propostes tamb\u00e9 podrien ser que les actes de la Junta siguin publiques. Fins i tot valorar la possibilitat que les reunions es puguin transmetre aquestes reunions via <em>streaming<\/em> al personal i\/o es puguin visionar posteriorment en v\u00eddeo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000;font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Per al mes de juny ja s\u2019ha acordat convocar una nova reuni\u00f3 de la JP.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 12px;color: #000000\">Les 10 persones de CCOO a la
