Aix\u00f2 ens ha perm\u00e8s signar acords amb tothom sense vetos (<a href=\"http:\/\/ccoo.app\/diputacio-de-barcelona\/wp-content\/blogs.dir\/6\/files\/sites\/186\/2019\/03\/mem04-acords.pdf\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;font-family: 'arial black', sans-serif\">Cliqueu aqu\u00ed<\/span> <\/a>per a + info)<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: 'arial black', sans-serif;color: #0000ff\"><strong>DEFENSEM DRETS NEGOCIANT<\/strong><\/span> Hem desenvolupat un treball intens a la negociaci\u00f3, sent el <strong>sindicat que m\u00e9s nombre de propostes ha fet<\/strong> aconseguint aix\u00ed defensar el que ten\u00edem i\/o millorant drets:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\"><strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff\">28 ACORDS<\/span><\/strong> Augment<strong> paga d\u2019assidu\u00eftat, <\/strong>recuperaci\u00f3 del <strong>poder adquisitiu<\/strong>, 497 places de<strong> reclassificaci\u00f3,<\/strong> m\u00e9s drets i estabilitat pel <strong>personal inter\u00ed<\/strong>, acord de protecci\u00f3 del personal inter\u00ed <strong>major de 55<\/strong> anys, 100% de les retribucions per a <strong>totes les baixes<\/strong> sense tenir en compte el motiu de la baixa des del primer dia sense l\u00edmit en la duraci\u00f3, <strong>48,15 \u20ac\/mes<\/strong> Nivell de Carrera, <strong>m\u00e9s dies d\u2019antiguitat<\/strong> i recuperaci\u00f3 <strong>paga extra<\/strong> de 2012, nou i millorat acord de <strong>planilles, <\/strong>ja tenim Pla de Despla\u00e7ament d\u2019Empresa treballat a la <strong>Taula de Mobilitat, <\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\"><strong>(<\/strong><a href=\"http:\/\/ccoo.app\/diputacio-de-barcelona\/wp-content\/blogs.dir\/6\/files\/sites\/186\/2019\/03\/mem03-objectius_assolits.pdf\"><span style=\"font-family: 'arial black', sans-serif;color: #0000ff\"><strong>Cliqueu aqu\u00ed<\/strong> <\/span><\/a><strong>per ampliar aquesta informaci\u00f3)<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: 'arial black', sans-serif;color: #0000ff\"><strong>DEFENSEM DRETS ON FACI FALTA<\/strong><\/span> Davant la manca de di\u00e0leg, <strong>mai ens hem resignat: <\/strong>mobilitzant-nos al carrer i\/o acudint a la <strong>Inspecci\u00f3 de Treball, a l\u2019APDCAT, al S\u00edndic de Greuges, a la Comissi\u00f3 de Garantia d\u2019Acc\u00e9s a la Informaci\u00f3 P\u00fablica<\/strong>, enviant <strong>43 escrits<\/strong> als grups pol\u00edtics o utilitzant la <strong>via judicial<\/strong> \u00a0\u00a0\u00e0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff\"><strong>MOBILITZACIONS<\/strong><\/span> defensant drets <strong>d\u2019un sol treballador\/a<\/strong> aix\u00ed com per a <strong>col\u00b7lectius concrets<\/strong> (personal XBM). Les hem organitzat en relaci\u00f3 a <strong>temes generals interns<\/strong> que afectaven nom\u00e9s a la Diputaci\u00f3 per\u00f2 tamb\u00e9 hem donat suport a desenes d\u2019altres <strong>manifestacions de caire social<\/strong>.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff\"><strong>CONTENCI\u00d3S ADMINISTRATIU<\/strong><\/span> a <strong>l\u2019ORGT <\/strong>pel tema d\u2019endarreriments econ\u00f2mics dels anys 2017 i 2018, <strong>a la Diputaci\u00f3<\/strong> pel tema bases de les <strong>Borses de treball<\/strong> i <strong>Premis per Any de Servei<\/strong>, convocat\u00f2ries de <strong>Lliure designaci\u00f3<\/strong> i en estudi el <strong>Reglament <\/strong><strong>Relacions Electr\u00f2niques<\/strong> de la diba.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\"><strong>(<\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/diba.ccoo.cat\/fets-no-paraules\/\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;font-family: 'arial black', sans-serif\"><strong>Cliqueu aqu\u00ed<\/strong><\/span><\/a> <strong>per ampliar aquesta informaci\u00f3)<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;font-family: 'arial black', sans-serif\"><strong>M\u00c9S FEINA FETA<\/strong><\/span> No s\u2019ha d\u2019oblidar la tasca menys visible desenvolupada relacionada amb <strong>els milers de consultes<\/strong> (telef\u00f2niques i\/o presencials) dispensades per la secci\u00f3 sindical: salut laboral, baixes m\u00e8diques, incid\u00e8ncies, n\u00f2mina, informes negatius, QADs, assetjaments, entre d\u2019altres moltes problem\u00e0tiques.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">Les<strong> 51 assemblees <\/strong>celebrades, la campanya <em>\u201cAcostem el sindicat\u201d<\/em> o l\u2019atenci\u00f3 donada pels nostres delegats i delegades sindicals als centres de treball.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">L\u2019esfor\u00e7 en comunicaci\u00f3 amb <strong>403 comunicats<\/strong> (Equival a una mitjana de m\u00e9s 8 al mes), mantenint informaci\u00f3 actualitzada a la nostra p\u00e0gina web, \u00a0a la nostra APP i a les xarxes socials.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\"><strong>Una Junta de Personal<\/strong> (que per Llei no negocia) <strong>despr\u00e9s de molts anys ha funcionat amb transpar\u00e8ncia i neutralitat: <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">Rebent treballadors i treballadores per atendre els seus problemes i cercar solucions (per ex. paralitzant externalitzacions).<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">Fent informes contra els canvis imposats d\u2019organigrama aconseguint que la DSRH tingu\u00e9s l\u2019obligaci\u00f3 de passar els canvis de RLT no nom\u00e9s a nivell informatiu. Fins i tot i per primera vegada a la hist\u00f2ria de la diba aconseguint paralitzar-ne algun.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">Fent escrits als grups pol\u00edtics corporatius.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">Proposant actes pel dia contra la Viol\u00e8ncia de G\u00e8nere (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=J7B5Y2VsSyc\"><span style=\"font-family: 'arial black', sans-serif;color: #0000ff\"><strong>Cliqueu aqu\u00ed<\/strong><\/span> <\/a>per + info)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">Etc &#8230;<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">Potser amb m\u00e9s col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 de la resta de delegats\/des d\u2019altres seccions sindicals la cosa hagu\u00e9s anat encara m\u00e9s b\u00e9.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-4327 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/ccoo.app\/diputacio-de-barcelona\/wp-content\/blogs.dir\/6\/files\/sites\/186\/2019\/04\/ugt-300x182.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"182\" srcset=\"https:\/\/ccoo.app\/diputacio-de-barcelona\/wp-content\/blogs.dir\/6\/files\/sites\/186\/2019\/04\/ugt-300x182.png 300w, https:\/\/ccoo.app\/diputacio-de-barcelona\/wp-content\/blogs.dir\/6\/files\/sites\/186\/2019\/04\/ugt.png 456w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><span style=\"font-family: 'arial black', sans-serif;color: #0000ff;font-size: 24px\"><strong>10 D\u2019ABRIL ET TOCA A TU DECIDIR <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\"><strong>L&#8217;UGTdiba<\/strong>, en caiguda constant i que des del 2007 ha perdut 533 vots, ara ens vol conv\u00e8ncer (enlloc de preguntar-se per qu\u00e8 han perdut tant suport) que quan eren el sindicat majoritari ho feien tot molt b\u00e9.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\"><strong>La CGTdiba<\/strong>, que a l&#8217;anterior mandat era el sindicat del TOT o res, ha comen\u00e7at a comprendre que la nostra feina com a sindicats \u00e9s principalment tractar d&#8217;arribar a acords que millorin les condicions de treball.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">La <strong>CTeC<\/strong> desapareix \u201cformalment\u201d (sindicat grog i durant molts anys \u201ccrossa\u201d d\u2019UGT) i omple l\u2019espai un <strong>nou sindicat<\/strong> amb un discurs antisindical que nom\u00e9s pot ser fruit de l\u2019oportunisme del que arriba nou i\/o d\u2019un immens desconeixement de la feinada que representa respondre a les necessitats de m\u00e9s de 4700 companyes i companys.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px\"><strong>CCOOdiba<\/strong><\/span> ens presentem amb una llista ratificada en assemblea de 223 candidates i candidats (132 Dones i 91 Homes).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">Som gent de centres de treball <strong>d\u2019arreu de la prov\u00edncia<\/strong>, de molts <strong>col\u00b7lectius i categories<\/strong> diverses, amb 5 noves persones entre les 10 primeres posicions.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">Cadasc\u00fa amb la seva ideologia o concepci\u00f3 pol\u00edtica i amb la plena convicci\u00f3 que <strong>nom\u00e9s una organitzaci\u00f3 arrelada en el conjunt de la diversitat de la nostra plantilla garanteix l\u2019aven\u00e7<\/strong> per millorar les nostres condicions.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">Aix\u00f2 ens ha perm\u00e8s actuar de manera aut\u00f2noma i independent del \u201ccolor\u201d dels pol\u00edtics que manen a la Diputaci\u00f3 i amb la teva ajuda seguirem fent-ho aix\u00ed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">El nostre aval \u00e9s la nostra feina feta. Ens hagu\u00e9s agradat aconseguir m\u00e9s coses? Sense dubte!
