(+ info <span style=\"font-size: 20px;font-family: 'arial black', sans-serif;color: #0000ff\">cliqueu aqu\u00ed<\/span>).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">Som un sindicat de propostes i negociaci\u00f3. Ara b\u00e9, davant la manca de di\u00e0leg, <strong>mai ens resignem: actuem! <\/strong>Aix\u00ed doncs, tenim clar quins s\u00f3n els nostres objectius i utilitzem totes les eines que tenim a l\u2019abast per a conquerir drets i\/o defensar-los.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">Una d\u2019aquestes eines han estat les <span style=\"font-family: 'arial black', sans-serif;color: #0000ff;font-size: 20px\"><strong>MOBILITZACIONS<\/strong><\/span>. Les hem portat a terme defensant drets d\u2019un sol treballador\/a aix\u00ed com per a col\u00b7lectius concrets (personal XBM).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-4257 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/ccoo.app\/diputacio-de-barcelona\/wp-content\/blogs.dir\/6\/files\/sites\/186\/2019\/04\/xbm-fotoooo-300x149.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"314\" height=\"156\" srcset=\"https:\/\/ccoo.app\/diputacio-de-barcelona\/wp-content\/blogs.dir\/6\/files\/sites\/186\/2019\/04\/xbm-fotoooo-300x149.jpg 300w, https:\/\/ccoo.app\/diputacio-de-barcelona\/wp-content\/blogs.dir\/6\/files\/sites\/186\/2019\/04\/xbm-fotoooo-768x382.jpg 768w, https:\/\/ccoo.app\/diputacio-de-barcelona\/wp-content\/blogs.dir\/6\/files\/sites\/186\/2019\/04\/xbm-fotoooo.jpg 952w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 314px) 100vw, 314px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">Les hem organitzat en relaci\u00f3 a temes generals interns que afectaven nom\u00e9s a la Diputaci\u00f3 per\u00f2 tamb\u00e9 hem donat suport a desenes d\u2019altres manifestacions de caire social.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">Cliqueu sobre <strong>L\u2019ACCI\u00d3<\/strong> que voleu veure:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;font-family: 'arial black', sans-serif\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff\" href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=C1SvL9fX0dI\">2015<\/a><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;font-family: 'arial black', sans-serif\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff\" href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=wxyNgl3ymEE\">2016<\/a><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;font-family: 'arial black', sans-serif\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff\" href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=hOl3uRzVK8c\">2017<\/a><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: 'arial black', sans-serif;color: #0000ff\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff\" href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=-3Ot3DgUSLU\">2018<\/a>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">Un altra manera com pressionem davant l\u2019immobilisme de l\u2019administraci\u00f3 \u00e9s fent \u00fas de la <span style=\"color: #0000ff;font-family: 'arial black', sans-serif;font-size: 20px\"><strong>VIA JUR\u00cdDICA:<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: 'arial black', sans-serif\"><strong>DEMANDES AL CONTENCI\u00d3S ADMINISTRATIU<\/strong><\/span> (posem tres exemples):<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\"><strong>ORGT <\/strong>Tot i que en termes generals ja us hem dit que l\u2019acord d\u2019Integraci\u00f3 t\u00e9 aspectes molt positius, \u00e9s veritat que no s\u2019ha tradu\u00eft en el cobrament dels endarreriments econ\u00f2mics dels anys 2017 i 2018 (nom\u00e9s des de gener de 2019): un aspecte que per a CCOO \u00e9s irrenunciable.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">Es per aix\u00f2 que vam presentar dins del termini legal una demanda al Contenci\u00f3s. D\u2019aquesta manera, es llen\u00e7a un clar missatge: CCOO arribarem on calgui per a que es respectin el que es negocia.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">De manera paral\u00b7lela, CCOO mant\u00e9 la via de la negociaci\u00f3 per arribar a un acord que suposi complir amb all\u00f2 que la Diputaci\u00f3 s\u2019havia comprom\u00e8s, es a dir, el reconeixement d\u2019un deute des de gener de 2017.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\"><strong>BASES DE LES BORSES DE TREBALL<\/strong> Com recordareu, la Diputaci\u00f3 va incloure fa temps de manera unilateral la inclusi\u00f3 del punt 7.2.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">Despr\u00e9s del frustrat intent de negociar un nou Reglament de Borses, CCOO vam advertir que impugnar\u00edem les convocat\u00f2ries de les borses si aquestes inclo\u00efen el punt 7.2. que permet a la Diputaci\u00f3 no fer la crida dels candidats\/tes per ordre de llista sin\u00f3 d\u2019acord amb un suposat \u201cperfil\u201d mai justificat a la part social.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">Enlloc de marcar perfils professionals dins del proc\u00e9s de selecci\u00f3 amb un tribunal degudament constitu\u00eft que aixeca l\u2019oportuna acta, les entrevistes es fan en \u201cqualsevol\u201d despatx de la casa (si es fan), sense ordre del dia, sense saber ben b\u00e9 que es demana i en cas que no et cridin, tampoc se sap qu\u00e8 has fet malament.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">Tamb\u00e9 en aquest cas, tenim la via judicial oberta.
