Ning\u00fa no ens ha regalat res.\u00a0<span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"><strong>El que s\u2019ha demostrat que no serveix per res \u00e9s no fer res<\/strong>.<\/span> Per tant, tot i que a priori fer vaga ens suposi una p\u00e8rdua econ\u00f2mica, <strong>l\u2019\u00e8xit d\u2019aquesta convocat\u00f2ria<\/strong> pot incidir de manera positiva en aconseguir la <strong>igualtat real<\/strong> i <strong>la no discriminaci\u00f3<\/strong> de les dones. <strong>Ja n\u2019hi ha prou d\u2019acceptar que no \u00e9s pot fer res per acabar amb totes les desigualtats que conformen la bretxa existent entre homes i dones!<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">Amb la for\u00e7a aconseguida amb les vagues i les mobilitzacions del darrer 8M hem aconseguit introduir a l\u2019Acord Interprofessional de Catalunya (AIC) un apartat espec\u00edfic per a eliminar les desigualtats, les discriminacions i la bretxa salarial de les dones en el m\u00f3n laboral. Hem comen\u00e7at a obtenir bons acords en els convenis d\u2019empreses com a <em>Pronovias<\/em>, o a <em>E-Dreams<\/em>, i en altres com els\u00a0 sectors del t\u00e8xtil i el de qu\u00edmiques.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">Per tant, <strong>decidir fer vaga el 8 de mar\u00e7 \u00e9s tamb\u00e9 un exercici de solidaritat<\/strong> amb dones d\u2019altres administracions o empreses d\u2019aqu\u00ed i d\u2019arreu del m\u00f3n. La vaga general \u00e9s una lluita col\u00b7lectiva que ha d\u2019emp\u00e8nyer als governs a prendre mesures valentes per eliminar les discriminacions i desigualtats de les dones en el m\u00f3n laboral<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"font-family: 'arial black', sans-serif;color: #0000ff;font-size: 14pt\"><strong>TAMB\u00c9 A LA DIPUTACI\u00d3 DE BARCELONA<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: 'arial black', sans-serif\"><strong><u>SOSTRE DE VIDRE<\/u><\/strong><\/span> A la Diputaci\u00f3 les dones representen un 61% envers un 39% dels homes. En canvi, a l\u2019estructura de comandament les dones s\u00f3n el 34% vers el 66% d\u2019homes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/ccoo.app\/diputacio-de-barcelona\/wp-content\/blogs.dir\/6\/files\/sites\/186\/2019\/03\/ppppppppppppppppppppppp.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-3526 alignleft\" src=\"http:\/\/ccoo.app\/diputacio-de-barcelona\/wp-content\/blogs.dir\/6\/files\/sites\/186\/2019\/03\/ppppppppppppppppppppppp-204x300.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"204\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/ccoo.app\/diputacio-de-barcelona\/wp-content\/blogs.dir\/6\/files\/sites\/186\/2019\/03\/ppppppppppppppppppppppp-204x300.png 204w, https:\/\/ccoo.app\/diputacio-de-barcelona\/wp-content\/blogs.dir\/6\/files\/sites\/186\/2019\/03\/ppppppppppppppppppppppp.png 448w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 204px) 100vw, 204px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">A aquests llocs de treball se\u2019ls assignen jornades ampliades amb poca flexibilitat, valorant excessivament el presencialisme en el lloc de treball en comptes de valorar l\u2019efic\u00e0cia en l\u2019acompliment d\u2019objectius, aquesta \u00e9s una de las formes en que es \u00a0dificulta l\u2019acc\u00e9s de les dones als llocs de presa de decisions l\u2019anomenat sostre de vidre. Demanem a la Diputaci\u00f3 un comprom\u00eds efectiu per a la promoci\u00f3 d\u2019actuacions i acords que fomentin la conciliaci\u00f3 i\u00a0coresponsabilitat\u00a0de la\u00a0vida laboral\u00a0i familiar.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">A partir del nivell 26 a 30, el sistema de selecci\u00f3 que s\u2019utilitza \u00e9s l\u2019anomenat com a <em>Lliure Designaci\u00f3<\/em>; un sistema que, a difer\u00e8ncia del concurs de m\u00e8rits, permet seleccionar amb total discrecionalitat la persona candidata. Resultat? Es seleccionen m\u00e9s homes que dones. <strong>Ja n\u2019hi ha prou!!!<\/strong> S\u2019ha de canviar aquest sistema ja!<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: 'arial black', sans-serif\"><strong><u>BRETXA SALARIAL<\/u><\/strong><\/span> La mitjana salarial mensual de les dones \u00e9s de 2.130,94 \u20ac mentre que la dels homes \u00e9s de 2.259,40 \u20ac. El preu d\u2019hora treballada per les dones \u00e9s de 17,84\u20ac mentre que els homes \u00e9s de 18,91 \u20ac.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-3527 alignleft\" src=\"http:\/\/ccoo.app\/diputacio-de-barcelona\/wp-content\/blogs.dir\/6\/files\/sites\/186\/2019\/03\/ppppppppppppppppppppppppppppo.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"224\" height=\"220\" \/>Els complements salarials, tamb\u00e9 a la Diputaci\u00f3 de Barcelona, conformen la bretxa salarial. Com passa en d\u2019altres empreses i sectors, els complements salarials van generalment associats a feines masculinitzades a les que se\u2019ls assigna \u00a0complements de penositat, toxicitat, perillositat o factors de localitzaci\u00f3 entre d\u2019altres. En canvi a les feines m\u00e9s feminitzades se\u2019ls hi apliquen complements de menor quantia, desprestigiant i desvaloritzant\u00a0 el treball i les tasques que realitzen les dones. Aquesta \u00e9s una altra manera de augmentar la bretxa salarial.\u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">Les \u00e0rees m\u00e9s feminitzades de la corporaci\u00f3 s\u00f3n la d\u2019Atenci\u00f3 de les Persones i la de Presid\u00e8ncia (auxiliars de depend\u00e8ncia, administratives, secret\u00e0ries i bibliotec\u00e0ries (74,84% de dones i 25,16% d\u2019homes). La segregaci\u00f3 horitzontal \u00e9s vista i entesa com a natural, i \u00e9s especialment visible en \u00e0rees com la de Sostenibilitat i Territori, i Tecnologia i Innovaci\u00f3, majorit\u00e0riament masculinitzades. Perpetuant la segregaci\u00f3 sexual del treball i els estereotips de dones i homes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: 'arial black', sans-serif\"><strong><u>SALUT LABORAL<\/u><\/strong><\/span> La Diputaci\u00f3 ha de posar en pr\u00e0ctica els acords <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-2963 alignleft\" src=\"http:\/\/ccoo.app\/diputacio-de-barcelona\/wp-content\/blogs.dir\/6\/files\/sites\/186\/2018\/11\/enconstruccion-300x277.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"97\" height=\"90\" srcset=\"https:\/\/ccoo.app\/diputacio-de-barcelona\/wp-content\/blogs.dir\/6\/files\/sites\/186\/2018\/11\/enconstruccion-300x277.png 300w, https:\/\/ccoo.app\/diputacio-de-barcelona\/wp-content\/blogs.dir\/6\/files\/sites\/186\/2018\/11\/enconstruccion.png 358w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 97px) 100vw, 97px\" \/>signats amb la representaci\u00f3 dels treballadors i treballadores assumint de manera efectiva la coexist\u00e8ncia i concurr\u00e8ncia de dones i homes a la plantilla, aplicant mesures inclusives i no sexistes i incorporant la perspectiva de g\u00e8nere en mat\u00e8ria de Prevenci\u00f3 de Riscos Laborals.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: 'arial black', sans-serif\"><strong><u>VESTUARI LABORAL<\/u><\/strong> <\/span>\u00c9s del tot inacceptable que determinats col\u00b7lectius no disposin de vestuari laboral diferenciat per a dones i <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-2932 alignleft\" src=\"http:\/\/ccoo.app\/diputacio-de-barcelona\/wp-content\/blogs.dir\/6\/files\/sites\/186\/2018\/11\/ffffffffffffffffffffffffff-300x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"109\" height=\"109\" srcset=\"https:\/\/ccoo.app\/diputacio-de-barcelona\/wp-content\/blogs.dir\/6\/files\/sites\/186\/2018\/11\/ffffffffffffffffffffffffff-300x300.jpg 300w, https:\/\/ccoo.app\/diputacio-de-barcelona\/wp-content\/blogs.dir\/6\/files\/sites\/186\/2018\/11\/ffffffffffffffffffffffffff-150x150.jpg 150w, https:\/\/ccoo.app\/diputacio-de-barcelona\/wp-content\/blogs.dir\/6\/files\/sites\/186\/2018\/11\/ffffffffffffffffffffffffff.jpg 397w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 109px) 100vw, 109px\" \/>homes, i que s\u2019imposi un model de \u201ctallatge\u201d <em>unisex<\/em> que perjudica, incomoda i no respon a les necessitats de les dones que treballen a la Diputaci\u00f3. Parlem de personal d\u2019oficis, de jardineria, que condueixen vehicles, personal sanitari i de geriatria entre d\u2019altres. Potser aix\u00f2 \u00e9s demanar massa o impossible d\u2019executar com diu la Diputaci\u00f3? Per qu\u00e8 no s\u2019imposa a tot el personal home\/dona un vestuari femen\u00ed? Aquesta \u00e9s la reflexi\u00f3 que va quedar recollida en Mesa de Negociaci\u00f3: si \u00fanicament ha d\u2019haver un model de talla, que sigui el femen\u00ed per a tothom. Entre altres coses, exigim que en els processos de selecci\u00f3 (borses de treball o Oferta P\u00fablica d\u2019Ocupaci\u00f3) s\u2019incloguin mesures positives per tal de garantir els drets de les dones a participar en les proves d\u2019acc\u00e9s, en cas que qualsevol prova coincideixi \u00a0amb el part, post-part, perm\u00eds per maternitat -molt m\u00e9s majoritaris que els de paternitat, tret del per\u00edode que per llei \u00e9s d\u2019obligatori compliment per a la mare- o l\u2019acumulat per lact\u00e0ncia o alletament \u00a0garantitzant \u00a0que la dona afectada pugui realitzar les proves, com ja s\u2019est\u00e0 aplicant en altres administracions p\u00fabliques d\u2019arreu de l\u2019Estat.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"
