La versi\u00f3 dels \u00e0mbits materials de les millores socials portada a la Comissi\u00f3 d\u2019avui entenen que modifica l\u2019Acord adoptat al mes de novembre de 2018, per la qual cosa, manifesten el seu desacord amb la proposta\u201d.<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000;font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">De fet a canvi d\u2019acceptar aquesta modificaci\u00f3 respecte als subministraments, es van introduir dos nous sup\u00f2sits per a justificar despesa:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">asseguran\u00e7a de vida (el de dec\u00e9s, ja estava abans)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">transport p\u00fablic col\u00b7lectiu de viatgers per anar i tornar al lloc de treball<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000;font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Alg\u00fa disposa o guarda a casa els tiquets de transport del 2017? CCOO vam dir que introduir aquests nous sup\u00f2sits era positiu, per\u00f2 que per exercicis anteriors aix\u00f2 era in\u00fatil.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000;font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Per aix\u00f2 vam proposar \u201cun per\u00edode transitori\u201d d\u2019aplicaci\u00f3 de la nova versi\u00f3 de redactat dels sup\u00f2sits, \u00e9s a dir que pels exercicis 2017 i 2018, es mantingu\u00e9s el que ja ten\u00edem i les modificacions fossin pels exercicis seg\u00fcents. No es va acceptar.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000;font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Totes i cadascunes de les paraules d\u2019aquest escrit poden ser contrastades amb el que figura a les actes de les tres reunions de la Comissi\u00f3 i, especialment, la del 29 de gener.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000;font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Al nostre comunicat de <a href=\"https:\/\/diba.ccoo.cat\/la-diputacio-de-barcelona-i-la-resta-de-sindicats-acorden-canviar-els-suposits\/\"><strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff\">dimecres 13 de febrer <\/span><\/strong>(<span style=\"font-family: 'arial black', sans-serif\"><strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff\">cliqueu aqu\u00ed <\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/a><span style=\"color: #0000ff\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">per llegir-lo)<\/span><\/span>, vam exposar els fets i explicar el nostre posicionament i decisions. Res m\u00e9s.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Dit aix\u00f2, volem deixar clar que sempre treballem per arribar a l\u2019enteniment amb altres seccions sindicals. Per\u00f2 de vegades aix\u00f2 no es possible; com ha estat en aquest cas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000;font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Com b\u00e9 sabeu, la \u201ccrisi\u201d arran l\u2019Auditoria de la Sindicatura de comptes s\u2019ha fet front amb un <strong><u>treball conjunt i compartit<\/u><\/strong> especialment amb els <strong><u>companys i companyes de CGT<\/u><\/strong>. La qual cosa ens ha perm\u00e8s tenir una posici\u00f3 de for\u00e7a i pressi\u00f3, per a anar trobant solucions a la situaci\u00f3 complicada i complexa que ten\u00edem davant.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000;font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">A difer\u00e8ncia d\u2019altres administracions, que Auditories com l\u2019esmentada han suposat la p\u00e8rdua de drets, a la Diputaci\u00f3 hem pogut redre\u00e7ar la situaci\u00f3. Pel tema PREMIS s\u00f3n els tribunals qui tindran la darrera paraula.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000;font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Som del parer que totes les persones de la part social que seiem a les reunions de Mesa de Negociaci\u00f3 ho fem amb un mateix objectiu: mantenir i millorar les condicions de treball del personal. I s\u2019ha de recon\u00e8ixer el treball i aportacions que tothom fem i des de CCOO seguirem treballant com sabem per a que aix\u00f2 segueixi traduint-se en nous acords i
