Nord, sala Annexa)<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: 'arial black', sans-serif;color: #0000ff\"><strong><u>HORARI<\/u><\/strong><strong>:\u00a0 \u00a013:30h a 15.30 (per a tots els torns)<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">L&#8217;objectiu de l&#8217;assemblea \u00e9s parlar de les moltes problem\u00e0tiques <strong><u>que afecten a TOT el personal<\/u><\/strong> adscrit a la <em>Ger\u00e8ncia de Serveis Residencials d&#8217;Estades Temporals i RESPIR.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">Cada col\u00b7lectiu t\u00e9 els seus problemes concrets per\u00f2 tots ells provenen de la mateixa font: els <strong>modes impositius\u00a0 i manca de respecte envers el personal de la Ger\u00e8ncia.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">Tot aix\u00f2 afecta la qualitat del servei, les nostres condicions de treball i fins i tot la nostra salut. <strong>Ja n\u2019hi ha prou!<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-2959 alignleft\" src=\"http:\/\/ccoo.app\/diputacio-de-barcelona\/wp-content\/blogs.dir\/6\/files\/sites\/186\/2018\/11\/puny-128.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"128\" height=\"128\" \/><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">Davant la manca de resposta per part de les m\u00e0ximes responsables, hem d\u2019organitzar una resposta contundent. No ens podem quedar de bra\u00e7os creuats mentre veiem que cada dia empitjoren m\u00e9s les nostres condicions.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">L\u2019assemblea t\u00e9 com objectiu recollir les vostres opinions i establir un calendari d\u2019accions. La nostra paci\u00e8ncia s\u2019ha acabat!<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\"><strong>La vostra assist\u00e8ncia \u00e9s molt important.
