Llavors CCOO\u00a0<strong>va ser l&#8217;\u00fanic sindicat que ho va demanar.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/diba.ccoo.cat\/altres-temes-tractats-a-la-mesa-general-de-negociacio-octubre-2018-2\/\"><span style=\"font-family: 'arial black', sans-serif;color: #0000ff\"><strong>CLIQUEU PER LLEGIR COMUNICAT D&#8217;OCTUBRE<\/strong><\/span><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">De nou, es tracta d\u2019una millora introdu\u00efda en el \u201c<em>II Acord per a la millora de l\u2019Ocupaci\u00f3 P\u00fablica<\/em>\u201d pactat amb els sindicats majoritaris de l\u2019Administraci\u00f3 P\u00fablica (CCOO, UGT i CSIF) incl\u00f2s tamb\u00e9 a la LPGE 2018:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.boe.es\/buscar\/act.php?id=BOE-A-2018-9268&amp;p=20180704&amp;tn=1#da-145\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-2785 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/ccoo.app\/diputacio-de-barcelona\/wp-content\/blogs.dir\/6\/files\/sites\/186\/2018\/11\/gggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggg-300x50.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"504\" height=\"84\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: 'arial black', sans-serif;color: #0000ff;font-size: 14pt\"><strong>PROPOSTA CCOO DIBA<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">A la reuni\u00f3 de la Mesa de Negociaci\u00f3 del 29 de novembre, CCOO vam fer una proposta tenint en compte els marges de negociaci\u00f3 que permet la norma:<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\"><strong>PERMISOS NO RETRIBU\u00cfTS PER CONCILIACI\u00d3 DE LA VIDA LABORAL I FAMILIAR ANY 2019<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">575 h (35 h\/setm)\u00a0 5% (78,75hores \/11 jornades)<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">687.30 h (37.30 h\/setm)\u00a0 5% (84,365 hores\/11 jornades)<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">El personal podr\u00e0 absentar-se del treball de forma justificada (mitjan\u00e7ant una declaraci\u00f3 responsable)<em> per a l\u2019atenci\u00f3 de fills<\/em><em>\/es<\/em><em> menors<\/em>, <em>persones grans <\/em><em>i<\/em><em> persones amb discapacitat <\/em>fins al primer grau de consanguinitat.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">Es podr\u00e0 gaudir en jornades senceres o per hores (sense cap m\u00ednim de perman\u00e8ncia di\u00e0ria, com passa amb l\u2019actual <em>perm\u00eds de conciliaci\u00f3)<\/em>.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">Aquest temps d&#8217;abs\u00e8ncia haur\u00e0 de ser comunicat amb la m\u00e0xima antelaci\u00f3 possible.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">Aquest perm\u00eds tindr\u00e0 car\u00e0cter recuperable en el termini m\u00e0xim de 12 mesos.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">Aquesta flexibilitat hor\u00e0ria ser\u00e0 d\u2019aplicaci\u00f3 per a totes les tipologies hor\u00e0ries existents a la Diputaci\u00f3.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">Aquesta borsa d\u2019hores \u00e9s una mesura de flexibilitat i en cap cas substitueix cap perm\u00eds relacionat amb aquesta mat\u00e8ria.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: 'arial black', sans-serif;color: #0000ff\"><strong>LA DIPUTACI\u00d3 ACCEPTA NEGOCIAR-HO<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">Responent a la nostra proposta, la Diputaci\u00f3 ens ha fet saber que en breu donar\u00e0 retorn. En principi, hi ha voluntat de poder establir aquesta flexibilitat en forma de borsa d\u2019hores tot i que volen introduir condicions al que proposem.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">Per tant, es negociar\u00e0 la implantaci\u00f3 d\u2019aquesta borsa. Ara b\u00e9, encara queda saber en quins termes.
