d\u2019interinitat a la Diputaci\u00f3 de Barcelona en un 7,4%. <\/strong>De nou, aquesta important millora \u00e9s fruit de l\u2019aplicaci\u00f3 del \u201c<em>II Acord per a la millora de l\u2019Ocupaci\u00f3 Publica<\/em>\u201d pactat amb els sindicats majoritaris de l\u2019Administraci\u00f3 P\u00fablica (CCOO, UGT i CSIF).<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\"><a href=\"https:\/\/diba.ccoo.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/37\/2018\/12\/8B-RELACI%C3%93-PROVISIONAL-DE-PLACES-OFERTA-P%C3%9ABLICA-Act.5.12.2018.pdf\"><span style=\"font-family: 'arial black', de <em>t\u00e8cnic mitj\u00e0 sanitat<\/em> i 1 pla\u00e7a de <em>t\u00e8cnic auxiliar \u2013audiovisuals-<\/em> a petici\u00f3 de CCOO.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'arial black', sans-serif;color: #000000\"><strong>PROMOCI\u00d3 INTERNA (RECLASSIFICACI\u00d3)<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">Hem aconseguit incorporar TOTES LES PLACES que van quedar desertes a les reclassificacions dels PAMOs 2014\/2015. Estem especialment satisfets <strong><u>d\u2019haver aconseguit les 5 places d\u2019Oficial Especial Xofer<\/u><\/strong> ja que el posicionament inicial de la Diputaci\u00f3 era ferm en el sentit de no incloure-les.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">A m\u00e9s, per fi s\u2019inclour\u00e0 les <u>61 places<\/u> de <em>t\u00e8cnic auxiliar atenci\u00f3 a la depend\u00e8ncia i s\u2019incorpora una nova <\/em>pla\u00e7a d\u2019oficial manteniment d\u2019instal\u00b7lacions (reservada personal amb discapacitat intel\u00b7lectual).<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'arial black', sans-serif;color: #000000\"><strong>OFERTA P\u00daBLICA D\u2019OCUPACI\u00d3 (TORN LLIURE)<\/strong><\/span>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\"><strong>Taxa de reposici\u00f3: <\/strong>101<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong style=\"color: #000000;font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Taxa addicional: <\/strong><span style=\"color: #000000;font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">167\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>(<em style=\"color: #000000;font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">II Acord per a la millora de l\u2019Ocupaci\u00f3 Publica)<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000;font-size: 14pt\"><strong>TOTAL DE PLACES PAMO 2018 TORN LLIURE:\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><strong><u>268 <\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"font-family: 'arial black', sans-serif;color: #0000ff;font-size: 14pt\"><strong>RESUM RESPECTE ALS CRITERIS<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'arial black', sans-serif;color: #000000\"><strong>MAJORS DE 55 ANYS<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">Es dona continu\u00eftat a <em>l\u2019Acord de protecci\u00f3 del personal major de 55 anys<\/em>. (CLIQUEU AQU\u00cd per recordar com es va aconseguir).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">Tot i que no suposa el dret dels mateixos a no haver-se de presentar als processos selectius que es convoquin, permet facilitar la perman\u00e8ncia de les persones interines majors de 55 anys amb:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">Nomenaments fins a la provisi\u00f3 reglament\u00e0ria<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">Que es trobin en la borsa corresponent a la seva categoria<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">Que acumulin un m\u00ednim de 8 anys de serveis prestats a la Diputaci\u00f3<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">Que acumulin un m\u00ednim de 3 anys de desenvolupament de llocs de treball corresponents a la categoria.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">Es garanteix la perman\u00e8ncia a les borses que es puguin constituir per execuci\u00f3 dels processos selectius del PAMO 2018 per al cas d\u2019aquells empleats\/ades que no s\u2019haguessin presentat a les corresponents convocat\u00f2ries.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'arial black', sans-serif;color: #000000\"><strong>CONSERVAR NOTA<\/strong><\/span>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">Els i les aspirants que superin tots o algun dels exercicis de la fase d\u2019oposici\u00f3 amb <strong>una puntuaci\u00f3 superior al 60%<\/strong> en la valoraci\u00f3 de cadascun d\u2019ells quedaran exempts de la pr\u00e0ctica d\u2019aquests en la convocat\u00f2ria de PAMO immediatament posterior, en la que se\u2019ls computar\u00e0 una puntuaci\u00f3 equivalent a l\u2019obtinguda, <strong>sempre que sigui id\u00e8ntic el contingut del temari i la forma de qualificaci\u00f3<\/strong>, excepte actualitzaci\u00f3 de normativa.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Aix\u00ed mateix aquells aspirants que vulguin millorar la nota obtinguda es podran presentar en el PAMO seg\u00fcent i es tindr\u00e0 en compte la millor de les dues puntuacions obtingudes en cadascun dels exercicis.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: 'arial black', sans-serif;color: #0000ff;font-size: 14pt\"><strong>PETICIONS FETES PER CCOO QUE NO HAN ESTAT ACCEPTADES:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">Que la puntuaci\u00f3 requerida per poder conservar nota fos del 50%, \u00e9s a dir, qui aprov\u00e9s, pogu\u00e9s decidir.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">Que per conservar nota, d\u2019un PAMO a un altre, l\u2019acord no inclogu\u00e9s que <em>les bases han de ser \u201cid\u00e8ntiques<\/em>\u201d. Vam demanar una modificaci\u00f3 per a que l\u2019acord digu\u00e9s que les bases havien de ser \u201cb\u00e0sicament\u201d o \u201cen termes generals\u201d id\u00e8ntiques. Vam fer aquesta apreciaci\u00f3 per evitar que qualsevol canvi normatiu (per m\u00ednim que sigui) deixi sense efecte aquest apartat.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'arial black', sans-serif;color: #0000ff\"><strong>INSISTIM EN DEMANAR QUE LA DIPUTACI\u00d3 AJUDI AL SEU PERSONAL<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-3078 alignleft\" negociaci\u00f3 del 29 de novembre, CCOO vam demanar que la Diputaci\u00f3 ajudi en el desenvolupament, actualitzaci\u00f3 i publicaci\u00f3 dels temaris relacionats amb l\u2019Oferta P\u00fablica de la diba.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">Volem informar-vos que tamb\u00e9 hem fet la petici\u00f3 mitjan\u00e7ant escrit per registre al president Sr. Marc Castell en qualitat de m\u00e0xim responsable del Consell Editorial de la Diputaci\u00f3 de Barcelona.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a
