2017 de torn lliure s\u2019executar\u00e0 en dues fases:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">En primer lloc, la convocat\u00f2ria extraordin\u00e0ria anomenada CONSOLIDACI\u00d3 DE L\u2019OCUPACI\u00d3 TEMPORAL.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">En segon lloc, tota la resta de places relacionades amb el PAMO 2016 i 2017.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">Tot i ser places de TORN LLIURE, la norma no permet que es pugui executar conjuntament amb la resta d\u2019Oferta Publica d\u2019Ocupaci\u00f3 2016 i 2017.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: 'arial black', sans-serif;color: #0000ff;font-size: 14pt\"><strong>CONSOLIDACI\u00d3 DE L\u2019OCUPACI\u00d3 TEMPORAL<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">Inclou les places dotades pressupost\u00e0riament i que abans de l\u20191 de gener de 2005 han estat ocupades ininterrompudament:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a tracta d\u2019una convocat\u00f2ria extraordin\u00e0ria d\u2019Oferta Publica d\u2019Ocupaci\u00f3 fruit dels acords pactats amb els sindicats majoritaris a l\u2019Administraci\u00f3 P\u00fablica (CCOO, UGT i CSIF). L\u2019objectiu d\u2019aquesta \u00e9s disminuir la temporalitat tot afavorint la consolidaci\u00f3 del personal que ja hi treballa.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 12pt;color: #000000\">En aquest sentit, la norma permet aprovar unes bases reguladores especials que afavoreix el personal que ja treballa a la Diputaci\u00f3 \u00e0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 12pt;color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: 'arial black', sans-serif;color: #0000ff\"><strong>VALORACI\u00d3 DE M\u00c8RITS<\/strong><\/span><strong> (M\u00e0xim total de 10 punts):<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 12pt;color: #000000\"><strong>M\u00e0xim de 6,5 punts<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 12pt;color: #000000\">Serveis prestats a la diputaci\u00f3 en el mateix lloc de treball (0,15 punts\/mes)<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 12pt;color: #000000\"><strong>M\u00e0xim d\u20191 punt<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 12pt;color: #000000\">Experi\u00e8ncia en d\u2019altres administracions\/\u00e0mbit privat amb funcions similars<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 12pt;color: #000000\"><strong>M\u00e0xim d\u20191,5 punts <\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 12pt;color: #000000\">Formaci\u00f3\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 12pt;color: #000000\"><strong>M\u00e0xim d\u20191 punt <\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 12pt;color: #000000\">Altres m\u00e8rits<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: 'arial black', sans-serif;font-size: 12pt;color: #0000ff\"><strong>PERSONAL AMB DISCAPACITAT<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 12pt;color: #000000\">Doble oportunitat per guanyar una pla\u00e7a. Un cop resolt el torn reservat, en el cas de quedar aspirants aprovats sense pla\u00e7a, s\u2019integraran en funci\u00f3 de la puntuaci\u00f3 obtinguda en la relaci\u00f3 d\u2019aspirants del torn lliure.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: 'arial black', sans-serif;font-size: 12pt;color: #0000ff\"><strong>ORDRE DE REALITZACI\u00d3 DE PROVES<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 12pt;color: #000000\">1a prova te\u00f2rica, 2a prova pr\u00e0ctica, 3a prova de catal\u00e0 i 4a prova de castell\u00e0 (per aspirants que no tinguin nacionalitat espanyola).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 12pt;color: #000000\">Prova de catal\u00e0: les bases inclouran una descripci\u00f3 m\u00e9s detallada dels exercicis orals i escrites aix\u00ed com la puntuaci\u00f3 m\u00ednima per superar l\u2019exercici.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: 'arial black', sans-serif;font-size: 12pt;color: #0000ff\"><strong>TEMARIS GENERALS<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 12pt;color: #000000\">Inclour\u00e0 novetats: \u201c<em>Les administracions publiques i la societat de la informaci\u00f3. L\u2019administraci\u00f3 electr\u00f2nica. Els principis de transpar\u00e8ncia i bon govern: legislaci\u00f3 b\u00e0sica, objecte, \u00e0mbit d\u2019aplicaci\u00f3 i definicions. Transpar\u00e8ncia de l\u2019activitat publica i acc\u00e9s a la informaci\u00f3. Ara b\u00e9, hem de saber que el fet que la pla\u00e7a que ocupem hagi estat identificada o no, no ens dona cap avantatge ni desavantatge. No oblidem que es tracta d\u2019una convocat\u00f2ria de torn lliure i per tant la puntuaci\u00f3 obtinguda ser\u00e0 determinant.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">I finalment, recordeu que totes les convocat\u00f2ries generar\u00e0 borses de treball de les persones aprovades per\u00f2 que no hagin tret nota suficient per ser anomenades funcionari\/a de carrera.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\"><a
