Per exemple, si vol\u00edem evitar les penalitzacions, hav\u00edem de presentar el comunicat de baixa personal. Aix\u00f2, ja s\u2019ha acabat, per fi!<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000;font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">La proposta inclou totes les indisposicions justificades. Tingueu en compte el justificant que inclogui nom\u00e9s qualsevol observaci\u00f3 del facultatiu\/iva que indiqui que necessitem rep\u00f2s de 24 hores. Per tant, com que una baixa de 24 hores no penalitzar\u00e0 econ\u00f2micament (tot i que es tracti de malaltia comuna), aquesta ha de ser l\u2019opci\u00f3 a escollir preferentment en cas de trobar-nos indisposats\/des per anar a la feina.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">Vig\u00e8ncia de l&#8217;Acord des de l&#8217;1 de gener de 2019<\/span>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\"><strong>INDISPOSICIONS SENSE JUSTIFICAR<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000;font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">L\u2019aplicaci\u00f3 dels avantatges que us hem mencionat anteriorment va ser condicionada a no incloure les dues indisposicions sense justificar que ten\u00edem fins ara.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000;font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Tal com ja us vam explicar anteriorment, no haver d\u2019anar al metge en cas de trobar-nos malament \u00e9s una modalitat d\u2019indisposici\u00f3 que al llarg d\u2019aquesta negociaci\u00f3, <strong>CCOO hem reiterat que no vol\u00edem deixar de poder disposar-ne. <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000;font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Dit aix\u00f2, l\u2019<em>Assemblea d\u2019afiliaci\u00f3 <\/em>de CCOO-Diba hem valorat que la proposta definitiva millora de manera considerable la regulaci\u00f3 que ten\u00edem anteriorment. \u00a0Ara b\u00e9, tot i la no inclusi\u00f3 de les <em>indisposicions sense justificar<\/em>, \u00e9s important recordar que si alg\u00fa es troba malament per anar a la feina, entenem que est\u00e0 100% cobert amb les baixes de 24 hores.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">Si
