un acord respecte a com i on destinar el 0,30% de <strong><u>FONS ADDICIONAL<\/u><\/strong> de la massa salarial (480.000 \u20ac).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">La proposta consensuada en la darrera Mesa de Negociaci\u00f3 \u00e9s aquesta:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-2854 aligncenter\" Negociaci\u00f3:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Repartiment del 0,30% (480.000 \u20ac) al personal de <strong><u>tots els grups de classificaci\u00f3 de manera lineal<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">I que l\u2019increment no fos puntual sin\u00f3 <strong>consolidable i\/o acumulable<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">Tancar un acord d\u2019increments pels anys 2018,2019 i 2020.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-2659 aligncenter\" l\u2019increment d\u2019aquest any 2018, \u00e9s a dir, 148,37\u20ac.
