Tindr\u00e0 un greu problema.\u201d\u00a0\u00a0<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'arial black', sans-serif;color: #0000ff\"><strong>CCOO DEMANEM RECUPERAR 2 DIES DE PERM\u00cdS<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">A la negociaci\u00f3 del calendari 2019,<strong> CCOO hem reiterat la nostra petici\u00f3 de tornar a disposar dels dos dies de permisos<\/strong> que ten\u00edem l\u2019any 2014 (anomenats\u00a0<em>dies de dispensa extraordinaris<\/em>). La Diputaci\u00f3 ens ha recordat que aquests es van perdre en l\u2019Acord de calendari 2015.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"><strong>Goita!<\/strong><\/span> El mateix acord en el que s&#8217;aconseguien els dos dies d\u2019indisposici\u00f3. Acord, per cert, que nom\u00e9s va signar UGT i CTeC (llavors la majoria sindical).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Male\u00efda hemeroteca!<\/span><\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/diba.ccoo.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/37\/2018\/11\/LA-HIST%C3%92RIA-DE-LA-P%C3%88RDUA-DE-DOS-DIES-DE-PERM%C3%8DS-PER-A-DOS-DIES-D.pdf\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff\"><strong>(CLIQUEU per repassar l&#8217;hemeroteca)<\/strong><\/span><\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">Repasseu v\u00eddeo que vam publicar el 20 d&#8217;abril de 2015 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=J5HiOVgzXBw\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff\"><strong>(CLIQUEU per veure v\u00eddeo).<\/strong><\/span><\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'arial black', sans-serif;color: #0000ff\"><strong>CONCLUSIONS<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">Dit aix\u00f2, des de <strong>CCOO creiem que l&#8217;actual acord sobre IT o baixas millora de manera considerable la regulaci\u00f3 que ten\u00edem anteriorment.<\/strong> Si alg\u00fa es troba malament per anar a la feina, entenem que est\u00e0 absolutament cobert tant amb les baixes de 24 hores com amb els actuals termes de la Indisposici\u00f3 justificada.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'arial black', sans-serif;color: #0000ff\"><strong>PUNTUALITZACIONS i RECORDATORIS IMPORTANTS:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'arial black', sans-serif;color: #000000\"><strong>QUAN CCOO NEGOCIA, AVANCEM<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">Quan CCOO ha tingut l\u2019oportunitat de negociar com a sindicat m\u00e9s votat, no nom\u00e9s hem aconseguit recuperar drets sin\u00f3 hem millorat el que ten\u00edem abans.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">Un exemple ho podeu constatar a l\u2019Acord de dies addicionals de vacances que vam signar a final de l&#8217;any 2015\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/ccoo.app\/diputacio-de-barcelona\/wp-content\/blogs.dir\/6\/files\/sites\/186\/2018\/11\/acord-mgnmc-dies-addicionals-per-vacances.pdf\"><strong>(CLIQUEU AQU\u00cd PER ANAR A L\u2019ENLLA\u00c7):<\/strong><\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">Amb aquest nou acord <strong><u>es comen\u00e7ava a gaudir de dies molt abans<\/u><\/strong>, concretament a partir d\u2019una antiguitat de 5 anys (tamb\u00e9 pel personal inter\u00ed) quan amb l\u2019anterior nom\u00e9s era a partir dels 20 anys.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">Es va casi <strong><u>duplicar el nombre de dies a gaudir<\/u><\/strong> respecte a l\u2019anterior acord. Veieu si us plau una taula-resum que hem preparat que deixa absolutament clar l\u2019increment de dies de perm\u00eds aconseguit <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/ccoo.app\/diputacio-de-barcelona\/wp-content\/blogs.dir\/6\/files\/sites\/186\/2018\/11\/comparativa-dies-antiguitat-1.pdf\">(CLIQUEU AQU\u00cd PER VEURE TAULA COMPARATIVA)<\/a><\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000;font-size: 14pt\">Mentre abans uns es dedicaven a perdre dies, CCOO hem recuperat drets millorant l&#8217;anterior normativa.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'arial black', sans-serif;color: #000000\"><strong>EN EL CALENDARI 2015, UGT VA SIGNAR PERDRE 2 DIES DE PERM\u00cdS A CANVI DE 2 DIES D\u2019INDISPOSICI\u00d3<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">No podem deixar de recordar que va ser en el calendari de l\u2019any 2015 quan amb les signatures d\u2019UGT i CTeC, es va perpetrar la p\u00e8rdua de dos dies de perm\u00eds a canvi de dos dies d\u2019Indisposici\u00f3 sense justificar. CCOO es va negar a signar-lo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">Per qu\u00e8 va acceptar UGT aquest bescanvi desfavorable? Les actes de Mesa de Negociaci\u00f3 n\u00famero 117 i 120 ho deixen clar: la Diputaci\u00f3 li semblava que ten\u00edem \u201cmasses\u201d dies de perm\u00eds. Hav\u00edem de renunciar a dos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">Per tant, que UGT digui que l\u2019actual negociaci\u00f3 suposa perdre el qu\u00e8 \u201cvam aconseguir\u201d \u00e9s de jutjat de guardi\u00e0!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">Si voleu m\u00e9s detalls respecte a com es van perpetrar la p\u00e8rdua d\u2019aquests dies, <a
