style=\"font-family: 'arial black', sans-serif;color: #000000;font-size: 12pt\"><strong>MESURES DE MOBILITAT<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'arial black', sans-serif;color: #000000;font-size: 12pt\"><strong>EN BREU TOTES LES COMUNICACIONS SERAN NOM\u00c9S VIA ELECTR\u00d2NICA<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'arial black', sans-serif;font-size: 14pt;color: #0000ff\">1.REVISI\u00d3 DE LA JORNADA ORDIN\u00c0RIA<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">S\u2019ha proposat negociar tornar a la jornada de 35 i 37,5 hores setmanals d\u2019acord amb el que permet actualment la llei.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">Hem recordat que la mateixa normativa tamb\u00e9 contempla les seg\u00fcents <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;text-decoration: underline\">mesures de conciliaci\u00f3<\/span><\/strong><\/span> per a la cura i l\u2019atenci\u00f3 de la gent gran, persones amb discapacitat i fills menors:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.boe.es\/buscar\/act.php?id=BOE-A-2018-9268&amp;p=20180704&amp;tn=1#da-145\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-2641 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/ccoo.app\/diputacio-de-barcelona\/wp-content\/blogs.dir\/6\/files\/sites\/186\/2018\/10\/cccccccccccccccccccccccccccc-300x98.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"597\" height=\"195\" la Diputaci\u00f3 d\u2019aquestes mesures de conciliaci\u00f3.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'arial black', sans-serif;font-size: 14pt;color: #0000ff\">2.SITUACI\u00d3 PERSONAL P.A<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">Estem pendents de la Valoraci\u00f3 de Llocs de Treball (VLT) de PA que la Diputaci\u00f3 s\u2019ha comprom\u00e8s a tenir enllestida en breu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">A m\u00e9s de l\u2019acord signat el 2014 respecte a la possibilitat de realitzar <em>Reclassificacions<\/em> del personal del grup AP (antic E), CCOO hem reiterat la nostra proposta feta ja fa mesos d\u2019equiparaci\u00f3 del nivell de dest\u00ed al de l\u2019Administraci\u00f3 General de l\u2019Estat.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/diba.ccoo.cat\/altres-temes-tractats-a-la-mesa-general-de-negociacio-octubre-2018\/\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-2642 aligncenter\" E).<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff;font-size: 14pt\"><span style=\"font-family: 'arial black', sans-serif\">3.<\/span><span style=\"font-family: 'arial black', sans-serif\"><strong>PERSONAL DEL LABORATORI DE MEDI AMBIENT DE L\u2019ESCOLA IND.<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Hem reiterat la nostra petici\u00f3 que se\u2019ls inclogui dins del personal amb dret al <strong>factor de Perillositat\/Penositat<\/strong>. Fins ara la resposta havia estat que ja ho estudiarien. Tot just ara, ens informen que ja estan analitzant el cas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'arial black', sans-serif;font-size: 14pt;color: #0000ff\"><strong>4.CCOO REITEREM PETICI\u00d3 D\u2019INCREMENTS DE LA TARGETA MENJADOR <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">De nou hem demanat <strong>l\u2019increment de l\u2019import dins dels marges legals<\/strong>, no nom\u00e9s amb car\u00e0cter general sin\u00f3 <strong>introduint un increment addicional<\/strong> pel personal que treballa <strong>caps de setmana, festius o per\u00edodes vacacionals.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'arial black', sans-serif;color: #0000ff;font-size: 14pt\"><strong>5.PERSONAL AUXILIAR DE GERIATRIA<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">Tot el personal que actualment treballa de C2 com Auxiliar de Geriatria ha de cobrar el complement espec\u00edfic de C1 (ES02). Aquest \u00e9s el comprom\u00eds que va adquirir abans de l\u2019estiu la corporaci\u00f3 i que hem demanat que s\u2019apliqui el m\u00e9s aviat possible.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">D\u2019acord amb les <em>Taules Retributives<\/em> <u>publicades<\/u> aix\u00f2 suposar\u00e0 un augment retributiu immediat\u00a0 en espera de fer efectiva la reclassificaci\u00f3 de tot el personal a C1 (pendent de rebre dades oficials):<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/diba.ccoo.cat\/altres-temes-tractats-a-la-mesa-general-de-negociacio-octubre-2018\/\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-2643 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/ccoo.app\/diputacio-de-barcelona\/wp-content\/blogs.dir\/6\/files\/sites\/186\/2018\/10\/yyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy-300x53.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"572\" height=\"101\" srcset=\"https:\/\/ccoo.app\/diputacio-de-barcelona\/wp-content\/blogs.dir\/6\/files\/sites\/186\/2018\/10\/yyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy-300x53.png 300w, https:\/\/ccoo.app\/diputacio-de-barcelona\/wp-content\/blogs.dir\/6\/files\/sites\/186\/2018\/10\/yyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy-768x134.png 768w, https:\/\/ccoo.app\/diputacio-de-barcelona\/wp-content\/blogs.dir\/6\/files\/sites\/186\/2018\/10\/yyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy.png 840w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 572px) 100vw, 572px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff;font-size: 14pt\"><span style=\"font-family: 'arial black', sans-serif\"><strong>6.ME<\/strong><\/span><span style=\"font-family: 'arial black', sans-serif\"><strong>SURES DE MOBILITAT<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">CCOO vam aconseguir una fita mai assolida en cap altra administraci\u00f3: <strong>constituci\u00f3 d\u2019una Taula de Mobilitat per decret<\/strong> (2016). Aquesta Taula t\u00e9 com un dels seus principals objectius, fruit de la diagnosi que fa poc s\u2019ha realitzat, elaborar un Pla de Despla\u00e7ament d\u2019Empresa (PDE).<a href=\"https:\/\/diba.ccoo.cat\/altres-temes-tractats-a-la-mesa-general-de-negociacio-octubre-2018\/\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-2645 alignleft\" src=\"http:\/\/ccoo.app\/diputacio-de-barcelona\/wp-content\/blogs.dir\/6\/files\/sites\/186\/2018\/10\/ttttttttttttttttttttttt.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"144\" height=\"144\" \/><\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">El PDE ha d\u2019incloure mesures per fer m\u00e9s racional i sostenible la manera com ens movem abans, durant i despr\u00e9s de la nostra jornada de treball. \u00c9s per aix\u00f2 que ja <strong>fa anys que CCOO <\/strong>hem posat sobre la taula mesures per<strong> incentivar <\/strong>de<strong> manera activa l\u2019\u00fas dels mitjans de transport col\u00b7lectius, la bici o la implementaci\u00f3 del <em>Teletreball<\/em>.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">De fet, entre les respostes de l\u2019enquesta per a l\u2019elaboraci\u00f3 del PDE, una de les coses que m\u00e9s es demanava era la introducci\u00f3 del Teletreball a la Diputaci\u00f3. Tot just ara, <strong>ens han informat que a Diputaci\u00f3 estan estudiant la possibilitat de realitzar una prova pilot.<\/strong> Respondrem a la petici\u00f3 que ens van formular de trobar una manera d\u2019implementar la modalitat de teletreball a l\u2019administraci\u00f3 p\u00fablica.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'arial black', sans-serif;color: #0000ff;font-size: 14pt\"><strong>7.EN BREU TOTES LES COMUNICACIONS SERAN NOM\u00c9S VIA ELECTR\u00d2NICA<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Com a conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncia de la <strong>Llei de <\/strong><strong>Procediment Administratiu <\/strong>la Diputaci\u00f3 t\u00e9 la intenci\u00f3 que totes <strong>les comunicacions que es facin a tot el personal siguin en breu exclusivament via electr\u00f2nica.<a href=\"https:\/\/diba.ccoo.cat\/altres-temes-tractats-a-la-mesa-general-de-negociacio-octubre-2018\/\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-2646 alignleft\" src=\"http:\/\/ccoo.app\/diputacio-de-barcelona\/wp-content\/blogs.dir\/6\/files\/sites\/186\/2018\/10\/aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"148\" height=\"111\" \/><\/a><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"color: #000000;font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Per la qual cosa, ens van informar que e<\/span><strong style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">stan elaborant un reglament<\/strong><span style=\"color: #000000;font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\"> que reculli els drets i deures d\u2019ambdues parts. Fins que no el veiem no ens podrem pronunciar al respecte tot i que ja ens han avan\u00e7at que aquest reglament <\/span><b style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">no ser\u00e0 mat\u00e8ria de negociaci\u00f3. <\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\"><b style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">No obstant, no podem amagar que estem preocupats respecte al contingut i possibles afectacions que pugui tenir <\/b><span style=\"color: #000000;font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\"><b>l&#8217;esmentat<\/b><\/span><b style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">\u00a0reglament en tot el personal.<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">En qualsevol cas i de manera immediata hem incidit en el fet que <strong>si tothom ha de rebre notificacions via electr\u00f2nica, tothom ha de poder disposar d\u2019un ordinador o suport electr\u00f2nic (tablet o smartphone) durant la seva jornada de treball.<\/strong> Tamb\u00e9, s\u2019ha de formar al personal en la mat\u00e8ria.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Hem fet menci\u00f3 dels col\u00b7lectius que no disposen d\u2019un lloc de treball amb un ordinador. No ens serveix que alg\u00fa hagi de demanar perm\u00eds a alg\u00fa de l\u2019oficina per a que li deixi tramitar i consultar les seves gestions i notificacions.
