En alguns moments del dia, les temperatures s\u2019han situat molt per sobre del que la normativa estableix per l\u2019activitat que es desenvolupa al Pavell\u00f3 Nord (veure requadre).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-2528 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/ccoo.app\/diputacio-de-barcelona\/wp-content\/blogs.dir\/6\/files\/sites\/186\/2018\/08\/sssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssss-300x170.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"475\" height=\"269\" srcset=\"https:\/\/ccoo.app\/diputacio-de-barcelona\/wp-content\/blogs.dir\/6\/files\/sites\/186\/2018\/08\/sssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssss-300x170.png 300w, https:\/\/ccoo.app\/diputacio-de-barcelona\/wp-content\/blogs.dir\/6\/files\/sites\/186\/2018\/08\/sssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssss.png 384w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 475px) 100vw, 475px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">Des de fa diversos anys, CCOO hem exigit solucions a la manca d\u2019una climatitzaci\u00f3 adequada a determinades unitats del pavell\u00f3 Nord.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">Tot i les nostres reclamacions i\u00a0 queixes, les solucions que s\u2019han donat i\/o s\u2019estan donant s\u00f3n absolutament insuficients.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">En qualsevol cas, dir-vos que, a m\u00e9s d\u2019altres mesures que prendrem en breu, continuarem en contacte amb l\u2019Oficina de Prevenci\u00f3 de Riscos Laborals (l\u2019OPRL) exigint l\u2019adopci\u00f3 de <strong><u>mesures efectives<\/u> <\/strong>per mantenir la temperatura dins de la norma.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'arial black', sans-serif;font-size: 14pt;color: #0000ff\"><strong>CCOO exigim:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">Exigim refor\u00e7ar les unitats afectades amb m\u00e9s equips port\u00e0tils de refrigeraci\u00f3 (lloguer o propis) i no amb ventiladors (que no serveixen per res)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">Cal informar de manera adequada als treballadors\/es del Pavell\u00f3 Nord:<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">Sobre les mesures de prevenci\u00f3 que s\u2019han de realitzar front aquesta situaci\u00f3 (descans, hidrataci\u00f3, vestimenta, etc&#8230;..)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">Reorganitzar les tasques que suposen m\u00e9s esfor\u00e7os.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">Recomanar a tot el personal que s\u2019adreci al dispensari m\u00e8dic laboral per a ser atesos en cas de qualsevol alteraci\u00f3 de tipus m\u00e8dic, recomanant indisposicions per problemes de salut com a conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncia de treballar a una temperatura elevada. Tenint en compte el personal especialment sensible per problemes de salut (problemes respiratoris, oculars, etc&#8230;.)<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><span style=\"font-family: 'arial black', sans-serif;font-size: 14pt;color: #000000\"><strong>Recordem que aquesta situaci\u00f3 no nom\u00e9s la pateix el personal sin\u00f3 tamb\u00e9 els usuaris i usu\u00e0ries. <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><span style=\"font-family: 'arial black', sans-serif;font-size: 14pt;color: #000000\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><span style=\"font-family: 'arial black', sans-serif;font-size: 14pt;color: #000000\"><strong>No creiem que sigui acceptable si el que volem oferir a la ciutadania \u00e9s un servei p\u00fablic de qualitat.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><span style=\"font-family: 'arial black', sans-serif;font-size: 14pt;color:
