ESTAT DE LES NEGOCIACIONS.<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'arial black', sans-serif;font-size: 14pt;color: #ff0000\"><strong>PREMIS PER ANYS DE SERVEI<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">Tal com ja us hem informat anteriorment, des de que va comen\u00e7ar el conflicte, la nostra Secci\u00f3 Sindical de\u00a0 Comissions Obreres ha fet un munt de propostes amb l\u2019objectiu de trobar una soluci\u00f3 immediata als impagaments unilaterals de la Diputaci\u00f3. B\u00e0sicament, aquestes propostes han anat dirigides a mantenir el dret meritat del personal afectat.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">En aquest sentit, la primera proposta que vam fer i que consider\u00e0vem m\u00e9s \u00f2ptima era passar els <em>Premis<\/em> dins del concepte de <em>Productivitat.<\/em> Aquesta va ser rebutjada inicialment per part de la corporaci\u00f3 i ho ha tornat a ser despr\u00e9s que un altre sindicat reiter\u00e9s aquesta soluci\u00f3 recentment. La corporaci\u00f3 afirma que traspassar la quantia econ\u00f2mica on actualment est\u00e0 (Millores Socials) a la Productivitat suposaria incomplir en aquesta partida pressupost\u00e0ria els l\u00edmits d\u2019augments marcats per llei (interpretaci\u00f3 legal que no compartim en absolut).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">Tot i aix\u00f2, la proposta de \u201c<em>Millora social per edat<\/em>\u201d \u00e9s la que per tant segueix sobre la taula. Per a <strong>dilluns 11 de juny hi ha reuni\u00f3 de Mesa de Negociaci\u00f3<\/strong> on es seguiran tractant les q\u00fcestions que encara fan inviable una possible soluci\u00f3 al conflicte.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">Avan\u00e7ar-vos que els punts cr\u00edtics en aquest moment s\u00f3n:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">Que el nou articulat no suposi la suspensi\u00f3 de l\u2019article 30 del nostre actual acord.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">Que la \u201c<em>Millora social per edat<\/em>\u201d s\u2019ajusti al m\u00e0xim al deute envers la gent que ho ha meritat.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">M\u00e9s endavant us donarem tots els detalls per\u00f2 tal com ja us hem dit en comunicats anteriors, la \u201c<em>Millora social per edat<\/em>\u201d consistiria de manera resumida en aix\u00f2:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-2360 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/ccoo.app\/diputacio-de-barcelona\/wp-content\/blogs.dir\/6\/files\/sites\/186\/2018\/06\/aaa-300x35.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"532\" height=\"62\" srcset=\"https:\/\/ccoo.app\/diputacio-de-barcelona\/wp-content\/blogs.dir\/6\/files\/sites\/186\/2018\/06\/aaa-300x35.png 300w, https:\/\/ccoo.app\/diputacio-de-barcelona\/wp-content\/blogs.dir\/6\/files\/sites\/186\/2018\/06\/aaa-1024x120.png 1024w, https:\/\/ccoo.app\/diputacio-de-barcelona\/wp-content\/blogs.dir\/6\/files\/sites\/186\/2018\/06\/aaa-768x90.png 768w, https:\/\/ccoo.app\/diputacio-de-barcelona\/wp-content\/blogs.dir\/6\/files\/sites\/186\/2018\/06\/aaa.png 1163w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 532px) 100vw, 532px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Aquestes quanties s\u00f3n encara provisionals pendents de la pr\u00f2xima negociaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/diba.ccoo.cat\/impagaments-premis-per-anys-de-servei-questions-importants\/\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-2297 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/ccoo.app\/diputacio-de-barcelona\/wp-content\/blogs.dir\/6\/files\/sites\/186\/2018\/05\/bbbbbb-300x96.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"338\" height=\"108\" srcset=\"https:\/\/ccoo.app\/diputacio-de-barcelona\/wp-content\/blogs.dir\/6\/files\/sites\/186\/2018\/05\/bbbbbb-300x96.png 300w, https:\/\/ccoo.app\/diputacio-de-barcelona\/wp-content\/blogs.dir\/6\/files\/sites\/186\/2018\/05\/bbbbbb.png 417w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 338px) 100vw, 338px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'arial black', sans-serif;color: #ff0000;font-size: 14pt\"><strong>PAGA D\u2019ASSIDU\u00cfTAT<\/strong> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">Recordeu que la revisi\u00f3 d\u2019aquesta paga t\u00e9 la mateixa premissa: tot i ser dret vigent, <em>Intervenci\u00f3<\/em> de la Diputaci\u00f3 exigeix que es revisi tenint en compte l\u2019Informe de Sindicatura de Comptes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">Hem de tenir en compte que en aquest cas, <strong>la condici\u00f3<\/strong> era que la paga d\u2019assidu\u00eftat, en tant que \u00e9s productivitat, ha de respondre a una avaluaci\u00f3. Per tant, <strong>havia d\u2019estar relacionada necess\u00e0riament al nostre sistema de QADs.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">La nostra productivitat es fa efectiva mensualment i anualment (paga assidu\u00eftat o de Sant Jordi). Respecte a la productivitat mensual, un QAD negatiu ha suposat des de sempre perdre-la (penalitzaci\u00f3 del 100%). Ara b\u00e9, la productivitat anual (paga d\u2019assidu\u00eftat) no ha estat mai relacionada amb els QADs sin\u00f3 principalment amb el nombre d\u2019abs\u00e8ncies.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">Per tant, la negociaci\u00f3 actual inclou la condici\u00f3 que els QADs afectin no nom\u00e9s la productivitat mensual sin\u00f3 tamb\u00e9 la paga d\u2019assidu\u00eftat. En aquest sentit, hem fet propostes per a que l\u2019afectaci\u00f3 econ\u00f2mica sigui per aquesta paga la m\u00ednima possible (20%).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">Tal com us vam informar, CCOO vam demanar que la negociaci\u00f3 havia d\u2019incloure modificar i millorar l\u2019actual normativa que penalitza econ\u00f2micament en un 100% a la productivitat mensual en cas de QAD negatiu. Nosaltres vam demanar que com a m\u00e0xim penalitz\u00e9s un 80%. La CGT va fer una proposta en el sentit que les penalitzacions o p\u00e8rdues econ\u00f2miques fossin graduals d\u2019acord amb la nota del QAD.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">La corporaci\u00f3 ens ha fet arribar una proposta en aquesta l\u00ednia que encara estem estudiant.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">No hi ha modificaci\u00f3 respecte als altres aspectes que us vam explicar en el <strong>comunicat<\/strong> anterior <a href=\"https:\/\/diba.ccoo.cat\/resum-mesa-negociacio-17-05-2018-paga-dassiduitat\/\"><strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff\">(CLIQUEU PER A VEURE COMUNICAT)<\/span><\/strong><\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">Hem demanat que:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">Es reactivi la comissi\u00f3 mediadora que inclou la regulaci\u00f3 del sistema d\u2019avaluaci\u00f3 QAD<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">Es convoqui als sindicats a una reuni\u00f3 per introduir millores que donin\u00a0 les m\u00e0ximes garanties al personal en cas d\u2019avaluaci\u00f3 negativa<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">Que es doni formaci\u00f3 als evaluadors\/res<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">Que es notifiquin anualment i de manera sistem\u00e0tica els resultats de les avaluacions<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">De nou, hem incidit en el fet que <strong>no tancarem aquesta negociaci\u00f3 sense incloure millores econ\u00f2miques.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'arial black', sans-serif;color: #ff0000;font-size: 14pt\">PAMO 2016 i 2017. ACORD RELACIONAT AMB EL PERSONAL INTER\u00cd<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">Fruit de la pressi\u00f3 sindical i de la implicaci\u00f3 dels treballadors i treballadores, que es va veure reflectida en la recollida de m\u00e9s de 600 signatures i que CCOO vam enviar a la Sra. Conesa, la Diputaci\u00f3 va deixar de banda el seu posicionament inicial de no complir amb els pactes i mesures per a garantir la continu\u00eftat del personal de m\u00e9s de 55 anys.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">Ara que hi ha comprom\u00eds per part de Diputaci\u00f3, a petici\u00f3 de CCOO, aquest comprom\u00eds es traduir\u00e0 en un acord que entenem donar\u00e0 plenes garanties al personal afectat.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'arial black', sans-serif;color: #ff0000;font-size: 14pt\"><strong>NIVELL DE CARRERA (NT)<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">Hem demanat a la DSRH que informi a la part social de quan t\u00e9 previst donar resposta a les reclamacions relacionades amb el personal que no ha cobrat l\u2019NT. Reiterarem la nostra pregunta el proper dilluns.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">Aprofitem per informar-vos que ja es dona per finalitzat el per\u00edode de treball de la Comissi\u00f3 T\u00e8cnica de la Carrera. Per tant, \u00e9s imminent que aquest tema es comenci a negociar. Una carrera que haur\u00e0 de tenir vig\u00e8ncia des del gener de 2018 i que \u00f2bviament haur\u00e0 d\u2019incidir en tot el personal que no ha tingut acc\u00e9s a l\u2019NT incloent, si o si, tamb\u00e9 el personal inter\u00ed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/diba.ccoo.cat\/17-05-2018-nivell-de-carrera-nt\/\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:
