Aix\u00ed, volem que consti a l&#8217;acord un sistema de c\u00e0lcul per a que els 710.000 \u20ac s&#8217;esgotin cada any. A m\u00e9s d&#8217;incloure m\u00e9s \u00e0mbits per a justificar despesa.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><strong>PROPOSTA SOBRE CARRERA PROFESSIONAL<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Aquest tema nom\u00e9s va ser tractat de 13:45 a 14:00. Si recordeu, a la primera Mesa on es va tractar el tema carrera, la corporaci\u00f3 ens va presentar en un <em>PowerPoint <\/em>(8 diapositives) les l\u00ednies generals de la seva proposta de carrera professional horitzontal (CPH).<\/p>\n<p>En aquesta segona reuni\u00f3, ens han confirmat que la nova carrera no permetr\u00e0 consolidar grau personal. \u00c9s important recordar com es consolida el grau personal? \u00e0<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/intradiba2.diba.cat\/web\/administracio-rrhh\/grau-personal\">https:\/\/intradiba2.diba.cat\/web\/administracio-rrhh\/grau-personal<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Enlloc de percebre la \u00abdifer\u00e8ncia de grau\u00bb es cobraria un complement retributiu que, a la reuni\u00f3, ens van concretar, tot i no donar-nos cap documentaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Divendres passat, CCOO ens vam posar en contacte amb la DSRH per a que ens envi\u00efn la informaci\u00f3 tractada a m\u00e9s d&#8217;altra que ens permeti con\u00e8ixer tot els detalls de la seva proposta.<\/p>\n<p>Des del 2012, no tenim carrera professional perqu\u00e8 amb l&#8217;excusa de la \u201ccrisi\u201d ens la van suspendre. Ara, el que ens proposen \u00e9s un altre model de carrera. Estem disposats a escoltar el que ens volen oferir. Seiem a la Mesa de Negociaci\u00f3 amb voluntat de treballar de manera constructiva. Per\u00f2 el que no volem \u00e9s que aquesta negociaci\u00f3 es faci eterna. Per la qual cosa, instem a les representants de la corporaci\u00f3 a que posin sobre la taula totes les seves cartes i que ho facin d&#8217;una sola vegada i sense dilacions innecess\u00e0ries.<\/p>\n<p>A l&#8217;enquesta sindical que vam enviar a tot el personal l&#8217;any 2016, aquest va ser el primer tema d\u2019inter\u00e8s pel personal. Que ho tingui en compte la corporaci\u00f3: aquest tema \u00e9s urgent assolir i quan abans millor! <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/hashtag\/VullLaMevaCarrera?src=hash\">#VullLaMevaCarrera<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><strong>REVISI\u00d3 FUNCIONS ASSIGNADES LLOCS VINCULATS A LA PREVENCI\u00d3 D\u2019INCENDIS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La corporaci\u00f3 ja ens ha fet arribar la seva proposta. Ja estem treballant les modificacions proposades amb el col\u00b7lectiu.<\/p>\n<p>Recordeu que, aquest dijous hem convocat una assemblea intercentres a Granollers per tractar aquest i altres temes <strong>(veieu convocat\u00f2ria al document adjunt).<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><strong>JORNADA D\u2019ESTIU<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>De les propostes presentades per CCOO, acceptarien modificar les actuals franges vigents per per\u00edodes setmanals.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><strong>REVISI\u00d3 DELS ARTICLES 38 I 43 DE L\u2019ACORD VIGENT<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Es va enviar una proposta de modificaci\u00f3 dels articles del nostre acord marc relacionats amb la p\u00f2lissa d&#8217;asseguran\u00e7a de responsabilitat civil i patrimonial.
