El 23 de junio, CCOO y UGT, hemos asistido al juicio en la Audiencia Nacional <\/strong>por la demanda de Conflicto Colectivo por la NO CONVOCATORIA DE LAS JEFATURAS INTERMEDIAS (Jefaturas de equipo de todas las \u00e1reas funcionales, as\u00ed como el resto de Jefaturas intermedias -Direcciones de oficina, Jefaturas de unidad de centros de tratamiento y de reparto, as\u00ed como las de Corporativa y Apoyo y Comercializaci\u00f3n-).<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Despu\u00e9s de pasar los tr\u00e1mites de la Comisi\u00f3n Paritaria y del Ministerio de Trabajo, d\u00f3nde la empresa  no  hizo  ning\u00fan  gesto para  llegar  a  un  Acuerdo,  se  inici\u00f3  realmente  el  Conflicto Colectivo que se ha dirimido en la Audiencia Nacional en forma de Acuerdo:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

El Acuerdo recoge el compromiso de la empresa de convocar los puestos de Jefaturas de Equipo en el tercer trimestre de 2021 <\/strong>en el \u00e1mbito operativo, adem\u00e1s de faciltar <\/strong>a las organizaciones sindicales presentes en la Comisi\u00f3n de Empleo Central la identificaci\u00f3n de los puestos que se convoquen por localidad, indicando el turno y si son puesto ordinarios, itinerantes o de fines de semana.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Por otra parte, en el cuarto trimestre de 2021, se pondr\u00e1 en marcha de  forma  progresiva  y  gradual  el  sistema  de provisi\u00f3n  de  los grupos I, II y III <\/strong>(Direcciones de oficina, Jefaturas de uniddad de distribuci\u00f3n y Jefaturas de unidad de centros), y de las Jefaturas de Apoyo Corporativo y Comercializaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Para CCOO y UGT, ni el RD de Alarma, ni la COVID-19 convierten a Correos en una rep\u00fablica bananera. POR ESO, SEGUIMOS ADELANTE CON LA DEFENSA DE LOS DERECHOS PARA LA  PROMOCI\u00d3N  QUE  TIENE  TODO  EL  PERSONAL  FIJO  DE   CORREOS  (laboral  y funcionario)  <\/strong>y  vamos a  estar  in  vigilando  <\/em>ante  cualquier  incumplimiento  futuro  sobre  lo  que establece el Convenio Colectivo y el Acuerdo General, y no dudaremos en plantear de nuevo CONFLICTO COLECTIVO.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

SI ESTA EMPRESA, CON SERRANO A LA CABEZA, SIGUE SIN RESPETAR<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

LA NEGOCIACI\u00d3N COLECTIVA, EL CONVENIO Y LOS ACUERDOS ALCANZADOS, CCOO Y UGT CONTINUAR\u00c1N UTILIZANDO LA V\u00cdA JUDICIAL Y LA MOVILIZACI\u00d3N PARA DEFENDER LOS DERECHOS DE LOS TRABAJADORES\/AS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
