{"id":2936,"date":"2021-08-03T12:54:26","date_gmt":"2021-08-03T10:54:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ccoo.app\/conveni-paper\/?p=2936"},"modified":"2022-02-23T13:52:06","modified_gmt":"2022-02-23T12:52:06","slug":"mesures-i-plans-digualtat","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ccoo.app\/conveni-paper\/mesures-i-plans-digualtat\/","title":{"rendered":"MESURES I PLANS D&#8217;IGUALTAT."},"content":{"rendered":"<p>La\u00a0<strong>situaci\u00f3 de desigualtat entre dones i homes en l\u2019\u00e0mbit laboral continua sent una realitat palpable i visible<\/strong>\u00a0que condiciona, i fins i tot minva, els drets laborals, socials i econ\u00f2mics de les dones, tot i disposar de normativa suficient per contrarestar aquesta realitat. La\u00a0<strong>llei proporciona instruments correctors fonamentals<\/strong>, com s\u00f3n les mesures i els plans d\u2019igualtat, que, a m\u00e9s, s\u00f3n eines sindicals cabdals\u00a0<strong>per aconseguir que l\u2019\u00e0mbit laboral<\/strong>, cada escenari concret d\u2019empreses i centres de treball,\u00a0<strong>quedi lliure de discriminaci\u00f3 sexista i garanteixi a les dones l\u2019exercici dels seus drets laborals, incl\u00f2s el dret a la igualtat<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Es tracta d\u2019una negociaci\u00f3 que, \u00f2bviament, no nom\u00e9s dep\u00e8n de la part sindical. Sens dubte, per\u00f2, la nostra empenta, el nostre bon fer i la nostra for\u00e7a sindical s\u00f3n factors que poden fer inclinar la balan\u00e7a cap al cant\u00f3 de l\u2019<strong>equitat, la igualtat i la just\u00edcia social<\/strong>. Perqu\u00e8 tenim la convicci\u00f3, el comprom\u00eds, la determinaci\u00f3, l\u2019experi\u00e8ncia i la capacitaci\u00f3 per revisar diagn\u00f2stics, per detectar desigualtats i per formular mesures correctores. Aquesta guia pret\u00e9n aconseguir aquesta dimensi\u00f3 compartida entre el sindicat com a element transformador i la seva capacitat i legitimaci\u00f3 com a agent d\u2019uni\u00f3 entre demanda social i necessitat laboral.<\/p>\n<p>La\u00a0<strong>formulaci\u00f3 de mesures no sempre \u00e9s f\u00e0cil<\/strong>.\u00a0<strong>No hi ha cap vareta m\u00e0gica<\/strong>\u00a0que permeti conjurar l\u2019encanteri\u00a0<strong>que solucioni la manca d\u2019igualtat de tracte i d\u2019oportunitats en l\u2019\u00e0mbit laboral actual de manera autom\u00e0tica<\/strong>\u00a0o per generaci\u00f3 espont\u00e0nia. El que hi ha \u00e9s molta feina sindical, rigorosa, exigent i propositiva, que, en aquest \u00e0mbit, es fa des de la doble via sindical de la negociaci\u00f3 del conveni col\u00b7lectiu \u2014en el cas de les mesures\u2014 i del pla d\u2019igualtat.<\/p>\n<p>El que s\u00ed que tenim clar a CCOO \u00e9s que els objectius de fer complir la llei i de\u00a0<strong>desterrar les discriminacions per ra\u00f3 de sexe no es poden deixar de banda malgrat que siguin dif\u00edcils i costosos d\u2019assolir<\/strong>. Mai no s\u2019ha de deixar de perseguir la millora de les condicions de treball, i des de CCOO no nom\u00e9s no abandonem l\u2019acci\u00f3 sindical per a la igualtat efectiva en l\u2019\u00e0mbit laboral sin\u00f3 que la intensifiquem.
