El nom del fitxer \u00e9s: Screenshot_2026-09-20-11-05-18-483_com.microsoft.skydrive2-e1789895449581.jpg\" style=\"aspect-ratio:0.7255919417433393;width:277px;height:auto\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-nowrap is-layout-flex wp-container-core-group-is-layout-8f761849 wp-block-group-is-layout-flex\">\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Des de la Secci\u00f3 Sindical de <strong>CCOO<\/strong> hem traslladat a la Direcci\u00f3 la nostra preocupaci\u00f3 per les deficients condicions del vestidor femen\u00ed del <strong>Dip\u00f2sit Municipal de Vehicles Joan Mir\u00f3<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les treballadores disposen d\u2019un espai insuficient i amb importants mancances en mat\u00e8ria de ventilaci\u00f3, confort i adequaci\u00f3 de les instal\u00b7lacions, una situaci\u00f3 que posa de manifest un tracte desigual respecte d\u2019altres vestidors del centre de treball.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-nowrap is-layout-flex wp-container-core-group-is-layout-8f761849 wp-block-group-is-layout-flex\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 Hem exigit l\u2019adopci\u00f3 de mesures urgents per corregir aquestes defici\u00e8ncies.<br>\u2022 Reclamem instal\u00b7lacions dignes, segures i adequades per a totes les persones treballadores, sense cap mena de discriminaci\u00f3.<br>\u2022 Realitzarem un seguiment continuat fins que l\u2019empresa aporti solucions efectives i definitives.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left has-blush-light-purple-gradient-background has-background has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u201cLa igualtat no pot quedar-se en un comprom\u00eds sobre el paper.
