D\u2019aquesta manera es va realitzar una ampliaci\u00f3 estable de 2 persones per equip (en total 8 persones). \u00c9s a dir, tenim a la nostre disposici\u00f3 a 2 persones m\u00e9s per tal de cobrir 5 places necess\u00e0ries que requereix el servei de llan\u00e7adora (2 persones a cada parada i una a la centraleta <b>m\u00ednim<\/b>). Tot i aix\u00f2, les taquilles segueixen obertes a diari, excepte la taquilla d\u2019Olot que est\u00e0 tancada per manca de personal.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"font-family: Arial;line-height: normal;margin-bottom: 6px;text-align: justify\">\n<span><br \/><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"font-family: Arial;line-height: normal;margin-bottom: 6px;text-align: justify\">\n<a href=\"http:\/\/2.bp.blogspot.com\/-6UwBtxI94YQ\/XlJYWzzeQAI\/AAAAAAAABkM\/EXGeCjIbb10ek5e84RwvEU-vuN_7dTeIACK4BGAYYCw\/s1600\/Unknown.jpeg\" style=\"clear: right;float: right;margin-bottom: 1em;margin-left: 1em\"><img decoding=\"async\" border=\"0\" src=\"https:\/\/2.bp.blogspot.com\/-6UwBtxI94YQ\/XlJYWzzeQAI\/AAAAAAAABkM\/EXGeCjIbb10ek5e84RwvEU-vuN_7dTeIACK4BGAYYCw\/s1600\/Unknown.jpeg\" \/><\/a><span>Durant la temporada baixa (cal afegir que aquest \u00e9s un terme irrisori) ens hem trobat en situacions d\u2019impossibilitat a l\u2019hora de tirar endavant el servei.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"font-family: Arial;line-height: normal;margin-bottom: 6px;text-align: justify\">\n<span><br \/><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"font-family: Arial;line-height: normal;margin-bottom: 6px;text-align: justify\">\n<span>Degut a la falta d\u2019empenta per part dels responsables per millorar la situaci\u00f3, hem realitzat un sondeig sobre les q\u00fcestions que creiem que son imprescindibles per oferir un servei de qualitat a la ciutadania i un tracte just al personal, amb aquest resultat:<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"font-family: Arial;line-height: normal;margin-bottom: 6px;text-align: justify\">\n<span><br \/><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"font-family: Arial;line-height: normal;margin-bottom: 6px;text-align: justify\">\n<span><br \/><\/span><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-family: Arial;line-height: normal;margin: 0px 0px 6px;text-align: justify\"><span>Contractaci\u00f3 de personal per tal d&#8217;assolir un m\u00ednim de 35 persones per torn. &nbsp;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-family: Arial;line-height: normal;margin: 0px 0px 6px;text-align: justify\"><span>Equiparaci\u00f3 de sou entre totes, doncs si fem la mateixa feina, hem de cobrar el mateix.<\/span>&nbsp; &nbsp;<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-family: Arial;line-height: normal;margin: 0px 0px 6px;text-align: justify\"><span>Eliminaci\u00f3 del \u201cfiltre\u201d o \u201ctap\u201d que fa que molta de la informaci\u00f3 i inquietuds de la gent no arribin a la Direcci\u00f3 i per tant no s\u00e0piguen dels nostres problemes reals. &nbsp;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-family: Arial;line-height: normal;margin: 0px 0px 6px;text-align: justify\"><span>Que es prioritzi un servei de qualitat davant del benefici purament econ\u00f2mic de la sobre explotaci\u00f3 del patrimoni.
