\nDAVANT LA NOVA PROPOSTA SALARIAL DE LES PATRONALS <\/span><\/span><\/strong>CCOO CONVOCA UNA ASSEMBLEA D’AFILIADES I AFILIATS<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/div>\n

\nTal i com varem informar a les darreres assemblees informatives del 7 de novembre, a les anteriors reunions de negociaci\u00f3 ens hav\u00edem centrat en intentar avan\u00e7ar en temes no salarials per\u00f2 sempre a expenses de la posterior negociaci\u00f3 dels increments salarials, als quals CCOO no hem renunciat mai. No podem oblidar que aquest desembre ja far\u00e0 tres anys que tenim els nostres salaris congelats, amb la conseg\u00fcent p\u00e8rdua de poder adquisitiu i amb el desgast que suposa per a totes les treballadores i treballadors.<\/span><\/div>\n

\nAvui (21\/11\/2013) hem mantingut una nova reuni\u00f3 de negociaci\u00f3 del 3r Conveni Col\u00b7lectiu del Lleure Educatiu i Sociocultural de Catalunya, on l\u2019\u00fanic tema a tractar han estat els nostres salaris, i on les patronals han modificat la seva posici\u00f3 negociadora (congelaci\u00f3 de costos laborals), proposant un increment lineal de un 0.5% al gener de 2015. Els nostres representants a la taula han traslladat el nostre total desacord sobre la proposta, entenent que aquesta ignorava totalment les propostes sindicals i traslladava sobre les treballadores i els treballadors el pes d\u2019una crisis socioecon\u00f2mica que la classe obrera no hem produ\u00eft.<\/span><\/div>\n

\nAquest proper dimecres 27 de novembre a les 18:30h, convoquem a totes les persones afiliades a CCOO, per tal de poder debatre sobre la darrera proposta salarial que les patronals han traslladat a la mesa negociadora, i prendre una decisi\u00f3 sobre quina ha de ser la resposta de CCOO.<\/span><\/strong><\/div>\n
