La formaci\u00f3, ja sigui a&nbsp;proposta&nbsp;de l&#8217;empresa o pactada amb els treballadors&nbsp;s&#8217;ha de fer <b>sempre dintre de la nostra jornada de treball.&nbsp;<\/b><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif\"><br \/><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif\">I si per alguna ra\u00f3 acceptem fer formaci\u00f3 fora de la nostra jornada, tenim dret a que el temps dedicat a la formaci\u00f3 tingui la consideraci\u00f3 de temps efectiu de treball, i per tant hauria de ser remunerat o compensat amb descans.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif\"><br \/><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif\">No us quedeu unicament amb la informaci\u00f3 que us facilita l&#8217;empresa, actueu amb responsabilitat i contrasteu-la<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif\"><br \/><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif\">Els drets es lluiten o es perden!!!<\/span><\/div>\n<p><a name='more'><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>NO existeix la formaci\u00f3&nbsp;obligat\u00f2ria&nbsp;fora de la nostra&nbsp;jornada laboral.
