class=\"ab-accordion-title\"><strong>Quins tipus d&#8217;assetjaments sexuals ens podem trobar?<\/strong><\/summary><div class=\"ab-accordion-text\">\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\"><strong>Sexual<\/strong>, qualsevol <strong>comportament verbal o f\u00edsic, de naturalesa sexual o amb connotacions sexuals<\/strong>, que tingui el prop\u00f2sit o produeixi l&#8217;efecte d&#8217;atemptar contra la dignitat d&#8217;una persona.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\"><strong>Per ra\u00f3 de sexe<\/strong>, comportament no desitjat realitzat <strong>en funci\u00f3 del sexe d&#8217;una persona<\/strong>, que tingui com a prop\u00f2sit o produeix l&#8217;efecte d&#8217;atemptar contra la dignitat d&#8217;una persona. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\"><strong>Per ra\u00f3 d&#8217;orientaci\u00f3 sexual i\/o identitat de g\u00e8nere<\/strong>, reiteracions <strong>d&#8217;actituds i\/o comportaments<\/strong> que atempten<strong> contra l<\/strong>a dignitat de les <strong>persones del col.lectius LGBTI.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div><\/details><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-atomic-blocks-ab-accordion ab-block-accordion ab-font-size-16\"><details><summary class=\"ab-accordion-title\"><strong>Procediment d&#8217;actuaci\u00f3 i resoluci\u00f3 en cas de d&#8217;assetjament sexual a l&#8217;interior de l&#8217;ajuntament de Viladecans<\/strong><\/summary><div class=\"ab-accordion-text\">\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\"><strong>Acci\u00f3 directa<\/strong>, la persona <strong>assetjada s&#8217;adre\u00e7a directament a la persona autora dels fets <\/strong>per recriminar el seu comportament.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\"><strong>Queixa: suport i assist\u00e8ncia<\/strong>, demanar <strong>assist\u00e8ncia i suport a les persones de refer\u00e8ncia<\/strong> per a resoldre aquesta
