L\u2019Administraci\u00f3 continua enrocada, defensant les seves posicions en el teletreball &nbsp;i horari de tarda. Continua dient que no hi ha diners ni per increment salarial ni per atencions al p\u00fablic, ni per res.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>RESPECTE A LES L\u00cdNIES VERMELLES MARCADES PER UGT I CCOO CAP AVEN\u00c7 SIGNIFICATIU<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>CCOO I UGT hem continuat defensant i exigint els punts que considerem irrenunciables en aquesta negociaci\u00f3:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Cap inter\u00ed al carrer<\/strong>. Garantir la m\u00e0xima estabilitzaci\u00f3 del personal inter\u00ed, agilitzant i reduint la fase d&#8217;oposici\u00f3 dels processos tot el possible, d&#8217;acord amb la normativa d&#8217;aplicaci\u00f3.<\/li><li><strong>Teletreball<\/strong>: volem una modalitat de teletreball voluntari, universal, amb les eines adequades, prevenci\u00f3 de riscos, flexibilitat, dret a la desconnexi\u00f3 digital i compensaci\u00f3 despeses que es generin<\/li><li><strong>Jubilaci\u00f3:<\/strong> volem aconseguir un sistema clar i estable, establint la jubilaci\u00f3 parcial anticipada pel personal laboral i plans d&#8217;incentivaci\u00f3 pel personal funcionari. En cas contrari crear una mena de banc de temps que permeti acumular i gaudir temps els 4 anys anteriors a la data de jubilaci\u00f3.
