{"id":5928,"date":"2020-09-22T12:43:56","date_gmt":"2020-09-22T11:43:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ccoo.app\/ajuntamentbarcelona\/?p=5928"},"modified":"2020-09-22T12:43:56","modified_gmt":"2020-09-22T11:43:56","slug":"ccoo-teletreball","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ccoo.app\/ajuntamentbarcelona\/ccoo-teletreball\/","title":{"rendered":"CCOO SIGNA AMB FUNCI\u00d3 P\u00daBLICA LA REGULACI\u00d3 DEL TELETREBALL I EXIGEIX UN NOU ACORD PER A LA MILLORA DE L&#8217;OCUPACI\u00d3 I LES CONDICIONS LABORALS."},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-5929 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/ccoo.app\/ajuntamentbarcelona\/wp-content\/blogs.dir\/6\/files\/sites\/228\/2020\/09\/pexels-andrea-piacquadio-3915966.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"426\" srcset=\"https:\/\/ccoo.app\/ajuntamentbarcelona\/wp-content\/blogs.dir\/6\/files\/sites\/228\/2020\/09\/pexels-andrea-piacquadio-3915966.jpg 640w, https:\/\/ccoo.app\/ajuntamentbarcelona\/wp-content\/blogs.dir\/6\/files\/sites\/228\/2020\/09\/pexels-andrea-piacquadio-3915966-300x200.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>CCOO SIGNA AMB FUNCI\u00d3 P\u00daBLICA LA REGULACI\u00d3 DEL TELETREBALL I EXIGEIX UN NOU ACORD PER A LA MILLORA DE L&#8217;OCUPACI\u00d3 I LES CONDICIONS LABORALS.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #808080\">El sindicat ha demanat al Ministeri que insti les administracions estatals i auton\u00f2miques a iniciar les negociacions pertinents en els seus respectius \u00e0mbits.<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"color: #ff0000\"><strong>Des de la secci\u00f3 sindical de CCOO a l\u2019Ajuntament de Barcelona estem esperant que l\u2019administraci\u00f3 ens convoqui per negociar amb la serietat i rigor que requereix aquesta modalitat de treball.<\/strong><\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Comissions Obreres ha signat l&#8217;acord per a la modificaci\u00f3 de l&#8217;Estatut B\u00e0sic de l&#8217;Empleat p\u00fablic (EBEP) que inclou la regulaci\u00f3 del teletreball en les administracions p\u00fabliques.<\/p>\n<p>Tamb\u00e9, ha exigit en la Taula General d&#8217;Empleats p\u00fablics l&#8217;obertura immediata de la Mesa de Di\u00e0leg Social per a negociar els Pressupostos Generals de l&#8217;Estat (PGE) i un III Acord per a la millora de l&#8217;ocupaci\u00f3 p\u00fablica i les condicions de treball, comprom\u00e8s per aquest Govern, que prioritzi pol\u00edtiques que eliminin la precarietat en el sector p\u00fablic, asseguri l&#8217;augment i l&#8217;estabilitat de les plantilles, estableixi l&#8217;eliminaci\u00f3 de la limitaci\u00f3 que suposa la taxa de reposici\u00f3, abordi la carrera i la classificaci\u00f3 professional, millori els drets laborals i avan\u00e7 en la recuperaci\u00f3 del poder adquisitiu perdut en aquests anys.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>L&#8217;acord signat inclou els punts fonamentals per a CCOO:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>la modalitat de teletreball mai pot suposar la no prestaci\u00f3 presencial dels serveis p\u00fablics o una limitaci\u00f3 en l&#8217;acc\u00e9s a ells per part de la ciutadania.<\/li>\n<li>i el teletreball no podr\u00e0 implicar, en cap cas, un minvament en els drets (individuals o col\u00b7lectius) de les empleades i empleats p\u00fablics, una reducci\u00f3 en l&#8217;ocupaci\u00f3 o donar lloc a privatitzacions o externalitzacions.<\/li>\n<li>A m\u00e9s, es recullen les garanties en mat\u00e8ria de salut laboral, protecci\u00f3 de dades i dret a la desconnexi\u00f3 digital.<\/li>\n<li>Queden recollides tamb\u00e9 la voluntarietat i la reversibilitat, els criteris objectius en l&#8217;acc\u00e9s i la necessitat de salvaguardar la igualtat entre homes i dones.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>CCOO considera un gran assoliment del sindicat que s&#8217;expliciti en la negociaci\u00f3, amb car\u00e0cter b\u00e0sic, que <strong>els mitjans tecnol\u00f2gics i el seu manteniment han de ser a c\u00e0rrec de l&#8217;Administraci\u00f3<\/strong>.
