Aquesta reuni\u00f3 \u00e9s el pas previ a l\u2019aprovaci\u00f3 definitiva pel Plenari<\/p>\n<p><strong>CCOO CONSIDERA GRAV\u00cdSSIM AQUEST FET, PERQU\u00c8:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>CCOO sempre s\u2019ha oposat a l\u2019externalitzaci\u00f3 de serveis. L\u2019Ajuntament continua imposant el seu model <strong>sense cap negociaci\u00f3<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>CCOO sempre ha defensat la necessitat de llocs de treball singularitzats que permetin la promoci\u00f3 de la plantilla.
