Sobre la instrucci\u00f3 de la gerent municipal d\u2019ahir 6 de juliol de 2020.<\/em><\/p>\n

Des de CCOO volem recordar a l\u2019Ajuntament de Barcelona que el tema del teletreball \u00e9s un tema molt delicat i nou, que ha de ser fruit d\u2019una tasca comuna amb els representants sindicals sota la negociaci\u00f3 col\u00b7lectiva.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00c9s essencial aconseguir que el teletreball estigui dotat de les eines i condicions necess\u00e0ries, a banda d\u2019identificar molt b\u00e9 quins llocs de treball el poden exercir, amb consens per les dues parts.<\/p>\n

Tot aix\u00f2 ho diem per l\u2019apartat de la instrucci\u00f3 de la Gerent Municipal on posa:<\/p>\n

Paral\u00b7lelament, l’Ajuntament de Barcelona desenvolupar\u00e0 el model de teletreball a <\/em>l’organitzaci\u00f3 d’acord amb les necessitats de presencialitat de cada \u00e0mbit organitzatiu.<\/em><\/p>\n
