VOLEM PARLAR DEL RETORN D\u2019EFECTIUS PRESENCIALMENT<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

Un cop m\u00e9s des de la Secci\u00f3 Sindical de CCOO volem mostrar el nostre desacord per com s\u2019est\u00e0 fent el retorn d\u2019efectius a l\u2019Ajuntament de Barcelona.<\/p>\n

Ja hem dit diverses vegades que no s\u2019ha negociat amb la part social els plans de restabliment, ho tornem a reiterar.<\/strong><\/p>\n

NO SE\u2019NS EST\u00c0 INFORMAT DE QUAN HAN DE RETORNAR DEFINITIVAMENT ELS EFECTIUS, ENS ENTEREM PER LA PLANTILLA<\/p>\n

NO S\u2019HAN ESCOLTAT LES NOSTRES PROPOSTES<\/p>\n

Estem en desacord, tamb\u00e9, en com s\u2019ha avaluat al personal que es troba en els grups de risc o vulnerables, en molts pocs casos s\u2019ha considerat que hagin de tenir una adaptaci\u00f3 del lloc de treball (per exemple treballant a dist\u00e0ncia) .<\/strong><\/p>\n

S\u2019est\u00e0 dient que s\u2019han de recuperar al final de la fase 3 quan aquesta fase a dia d\u2019avui sabem que s\u2019acaba diumenge 21 de juny. Per CCOO aquest personal hauria de continuar fent treball a dist\u00e0ncia.<\/p>\n

El dia 5 de juny ja vam enviar un correu denunciant que<\/strong> l\u2019Ajuntament no estava afavorint de veritat la conciliaci\u00f3 familiar de la seva plantilla, de cara a la seva imatge p\u00fablica avalen la conciliaci\u00f3 per\u00f2 no prenen mesures perqu\u00e8 la seva plantilla pugui conciliar.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Les treballadores i treballadors que tenen fills\/es o persones a c\u00e0rrec no tenen el suport de les escoles o centres (estan tancats), les escoles bressol tenen limitaci\u00f3 d\u2019aforament i no accepten menors de 12 mesos. I no volen posar en risc a avis i avies per ser vulnerables. No tothom pot pagar un cangur 8h al dia.<\/p>\n

A m\u00e9s, tampoc s\u2019est\u00e0 adaptant l\u2019horari per afavorir la conciliaci\u00f3 com l\u2019Ajuntament diu que s\u2019ha de fer a les seves instruccions.<\/p>\n

Un altre tema greu \u00e9s el bloqueig que s\u2019est\u00e0 fent al personal que vol passar a jornada complerta tenint una jornada redu\u00efda per conciliaci\u00f3 familiar, se\u2019ls est\u00e0 responent que fins que no tornin a la feina presencial al 100% no la podran ampliar i aix\u00f2 VULNERA L\u2019ACORD DE CONDICIONS LABORALS.<\/p>\n

Per tot l\u2019exposat demanem que es convoqui una Mesa General de manera urgent per tractar tots aquests temes.<\/strong><\/p>\n
