Les mares i pares que treballem a l’Ajuntament de Barcelona neccessitem conciliar la nostra jornada laboral SEMPRE!<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

VOLEM MESURES DE CONCILIACI\u00d3 REALS JA!<\/b><\/h1>\n

 <\/p>\n

DENUNCIEM<\/span> que<\/b> no s\u2019est\u00e0 complint el dec\u00e0leg publicat per l\u2019Ajuntament de Barcelona<\/a> el passat 22 de Maig en mat\u00e8ria de conciliaci\u00f3 i compatibilitzaci\u00f3 de la vida familiar amb la professional.<\/b><\/p>\n

Estem rebent multitud de queixes de treballadors i treballadores que donat que els centres educatius o de cures estan tancats els hi es impossible anar a treballar presencialment i l\u2019Ajuntament de Barcelona els obliga a fer-ho tot i que les seves tasques es puguin fer a dist\u00e0ncia.<\/p>\n

NO ENTENEM<\/span> com una Administraci\u00f3 com la nostra, tan procliu a afavorir la conciliaci\u00f3 familiar no ha seguit l\u2019exemple de la Generalitat o la Diputaci\u00f3 de Barcelona<\/b>, que a trav\u00e9s de declaracions responsables o fins i tot permisos retribu\u00efts si que estan fent aquest esfor\u00e7, com a m\u00ednim fins que els centres educatius i\/o els de cures estiguin oberts.<\/p>\n

DEMANEM<\/span> que l\u2019Ajuntament s\u2019ho repensi i afavoreixi de veritat la conciliaci\u00f3 familiar de la seva plantilla, no nom\u00e9s de cara a la seva imatge p\u00fablica.<\/b><\/p>\n

Aprofitem per demanar tamb\u00e9 que ens aclareixin quina \u00e9s la comunicaci\u00f3 que estan fent amb els treballadors\/es sobre els torns de vacances, l\u2019Acord de Condicions<\/a> posa ben clar que les vacances seran preferentment a juliol i agost, NO OBLIGATORIAMENT!<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

Per acabar volem dir que trobem una molt bona iniciativa per part de l\u2019Ajuntament haver confeccionat mascaretes reutilitzables per\u00f2 advertim:<\/p>\n

Aquestes mascaretes no compleixen la normativa <\/b><\/span>de salut laboral per considerar-se Equips de Protecci\u00f3 Individual, per tant, l\u2019Ajuntament no els pot repartir a la plantilla municipal com a tal.<\/b><\/p>\n
