L&#8217;augment ser\u00e0 progressiu: aquest any s&#8217;apujar\u00e0 el perm\u00eds de paternitat fins a les 8 setmanes i el 2020 fins a les 12. D&#8217;aqu\u00ed a tres anys s&#8217;arribar\u00e0 a les 16 setmanes.<\/p>\n<p>Tenint en compte que el mateix Reial Decret 6\/2019 estableix un per\u00edode de gaudiment for\u00e7\u00f3s immediatament despr\u00e9s del naixement, volem aclarir amb l&#8217;administraci\u00f3 la nova situaci\u00f3 envers el perm\u00eds per naixement de fill que gaudim fins ara, aix\u00ed com la setmana addicional que dona l&#8217;Ajuntament de Barcelona com a perm\u00eds de paternitat.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;font-size: 18pt\"><b>NO VOLEM PERDRE CAP DRET<br \/>\n<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000\"><b>VOLEM CONTINUAR GAUDINT <\/b><\/span><b><span style=\"color: #ff0000\">AQUESTS DRETS<\/span> <\/b><\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\t\t\t\tNO VOLEM PERDRE CAP DRET!
