{"id":3291,"date":"2018-12-05T14:53:21","date_gmt":"2018-12-05T13:53:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ccoo.app\/ajuntamentbarcelona\/?p=3291"},"modified":"2018-12-05T14:53:21","modified_gmt":"2018-12-05T13:53:21","slug":"denunciem-lincompliment-de-lacord-de-condicions-de-treball-en-vers-al-personal-del-servei-datencio-sara-i-piad","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ccoo.app\/ajuntamentbarcelona\/denunciem-lincompliment-de-lacord-de-condicions-de-treball-en-vers-al-personal-del-servei-datencio-sara-i-piad\/","title":{"rendered":"Denunciem l&#8217;incompliment de l&#8217;Acord de Condicions de Treball en vers al personal del Servei d&#8217;Atenci\u00f3, SARA i PIAD."},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Denunciem l&#8217;incompliment de l&#8217;Acord de Condicions de Treball 2017-2020 en vers al personal del Servei d&#8217;Atenci\u00f3, Recuperaci\u00f3 i Acollida (SARA) i Servei de Punts d&#8217;Informaci\u00f3 i Atenci\u00f3 a les Dones (PIAD)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A causa de l\u2019incompliment reiterat de l&#8217;Acord de Condicions de l&#8217;Ajuntament i l&#8217;Acord d&#8217;aplicaci\u00f3 signat amb el Comit\u00e8 d&#8217;Empresa i de la manca de di\u00e0leg, des de la secci\u00f3 sindical de CCOO de l\u2019Ajuntament de Barcelona hem denunciat la situaci\u00f3 davant Inspecci\u00f3 de Treball.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Denunciem:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>La impossibilitat d\u2019exercir el dret a la flexibilitzaci\u00f3 hor\u00e0ria per la mala gesti\u00f3 de la programaci\u00f3 de visites.<\/li>\n<li>L&#8217;obligaci\u00f3 de recuperar hores per afers propis en el mateix sup\u00f2sit pel qual s\u2019han agafat.<\/li>\n<li>No deixen fer el c\u00f2mput d\u2019hores de forma mensual, obliguen a fer-ho de forma setmanal.<\/li>\n<li>S\u2019obliga, injustament a les professionals a treballar a la tarda encara que tinguin reducci\u00f3 de jornada, quan s\u2019havia acordat que es podia concentrar la reducci\u00f3 exclusivament a la franja de mat\u00ed per garantir la conciliaci\u00f3 familiar.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncies:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Totes aquestes discriminacions han provocat que el personal d&#8217;aquests serveis pateixi estr\u00e8s, hi ha hagut diverses treballadores interines que han hagut de marxar del servei, hi ha personal inter\u00ed que no vol anar a treballar a aquests serveis fins al punt de renunciar al lloc de treball, encara que posin en risc ser expulsades de les borses de treball municipals.<\/p>\n<p>Afegir, que els actuals horaris exposen a les treballadores a dues jornades setmanals de 10 h m\u00ednim obligat\u00f2ries, fet que ens sembla totalment inacceptable per la salut laboral i la conciliaci\u00f3 familiar.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000\"><strong><u>Reivindiquem:<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Que s&#8217;investigui i es prenguin les mesures necess\u00e0ries des de la Inspecci\u00f3 de Treball pel&nbsp;
