Respon a rols de g\u00e8nere arrelats i a estructures que cal transformar amb pol\u00edtiques valentes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Millores aconseguides gr\u00e0cies a l\u2019acci\u00f3 sindical<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La lluita sindical dona resultats. En mat\u00e8ria d\u2019igualtat, hem impulsat i aconseguit aven\u00e7os importants:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Desenvolupament del grup C (amb elevada representaci\u00f3 femenina), dimensionant nivells 20 i 22 del subgrup C1 i creant nous llocs singulars.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Creaci\u00f3 del grup B al CEB i a l\u2019ASPB per afavorir professions amb alta pres\u00e8ncia femenina.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Increment de llocs del grup A a Serveis Socials, facilitant la promoci\u00f3 en estructures planes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reconeixement del perm\u00eds de lact\u00e0ncia per a fam\u00edlies monoparentals.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perm\u00eds per ra\u00f3 de viol\u00e8ncia de g\u00e8nere.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>C\u00f2mput de l\u2019exced\u00e8ncia per cura de menor a efectes de consolidaci\u00f3 de grau.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ajornament de proves selectives en situacions d\u2019embar\u00e0s o postpart i adaptacions en proves f\u00edsiques de cossos uniformats.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aprovaci\u00f3 del Reglament de Segona Activitat per al personal d\u2019Escola Bressol, sector altament feminitzat.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Aquests aven\u00e7os no s\u00f3n concessions. S\u00f3n drets conquerits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">El cam\u00ed que tenim per davant<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Aquest 2026 estem a l\u2019espera de la negociaci\u00f3 del Quart Pla d\u2019Igualtat i de l\u2019Informe de Bretxa Salarial que s\u2019est\u00e0 elaborant en el marc de la Comissi\u00f3 T\u00e8cnica d\u2019Igualtat, de la qual CCOO forma part.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cal diagn\u00f2stic, transpar\u00e8ncia i mesures concretes.<br>Cal voluntat pol\u00edtica i comprom\u00eds institucional.<br>Cal acci\u00f3 sindical sostinguda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Perqu\u00e8 sense igualtat no hi ha just\u00edcia social<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Companyes i companys,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La igualtat no \u00e9s una declaraci\u00f3 d\u2019intencions.<br>\u00c9s una responsabilitat institucional i una exig\u00e8ncia sindical.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aquest 8 de mar\u00e7 continuem lluitant per:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Trencar els sostres de vidre.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Combatre el terra enganx\u00f3s.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Valorar els treballs de cures.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Garantir drets laborals en condicions d\u2019equitat.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Perqu\u00e8 sense igualtat no hi ha just\u00edcia social.<br>I sense just\u00edcia social no hi ha democr\u00e0cia real.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>CCOO \u2013 Ajuntament de Barcelona<\/strong><br>8 de mar\u00e7 de 2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>CONSULTA AQU\u00cd L&#8217;ACORD EN MESURES D&#8217;IGUALTAT 2025-2028 NEGOCIAT AL CONVENI<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div data-wp-interactive=\"core\/file\" class=\"wp-block-file\"><object data-wp-bind--hidden=\"!state.hasPdfPreview\" hidden class=\"wp-block-file__embed\" data=\"https:\/\/ccoo.app\/ajuntamentbarcelona\/wp-content\/blogs.dir\/6\/files\/sites\/228\/2026\/02\/MESURES-EN-MATERIA-IGUALTAT_ACORD_2025-2028.pdf\" type=\"application\/pdf\" style=\"width:100%;height:600px\" aria-label=\"Incrustaci\u00f3 del fitxer MESURES EN MATERIA IGUALTAT_ACORD_2025-2028.\"><\/object><a id=\"wp-block-file--media-a2faaf6e-a542-4798-84a8-c7c3908c481f\" href=\"https:\/\/ccoo.app\/ajuntamentbarcelona\/wp-content\/blogs.dir\/6\/files\/sites\/228\/2026\/02\/MESURES-EN-MATERIA-IGUALTAT_ACORD_2025-2028.pdf\">MESURES EN MATERIA IGUALTAT_ACORD_2025-2028<\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/ccoo.app\/ajuntamentbarcelona\/wp-content\/blogs.dir\/6\/files\/sites\/228\/2026\/02\/MESURES-EN-MATERIA-IGUALTAT_ACORD_2025-2028.pdf\" class=\"wp-block-file__button wp-element-button\" download aria-describedby=\"wp-block-file--media-a2faaf6e-a542-4798-84a8-c7c3908c481f\">Baixa<\/a><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019Ajuntament de Barcelona ha actualitzat el <strong>Protocol per a la prevenci\u00f3, la detecci\u00f3, l\u2019actuaci\u00f3 i la resoluci\u00f3 de situacions d\u2019assetjament sexual i d\u2019assetjament per ra\u00f3 de sexe<\/strong>, un instrument imprescindible per garantir entorns de treball segurs, respectuosos i lliures de qualsevol forma de discriminaci\u00f3. L\u2019assetjament atempta contra la dignitat, la salut i el dret a la igualtat de totes les persones treballadores, i per aix\u00f2 \u00e9s fonamental disposar de mecanismes clars, \u00e0gils i efectius que permetin prevenir, detectar i intervenir amb la dilig\u00e8ncia necess\u00e0ria, tamb\u00e9 en l\u2019\u00e0mbit digital.
