{"id":1636,"date":"2017-05-22T12:05:33","date_gmt":"2017-05-22T11:05:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ccoo.app\/ajuntamentbarcelona\/?p=1636"},"modified":"2017-05-22T12:05:33","modified_gmt":"2017-05-22T11:05:33","slug":"informacio-negociacio-acord-condicions-laborals-170517","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ccoo.app\/ajuntamentbarcelona\/informacio-negociacio-acord-condicions-laborals-170517\/","title":{"rendered":"INFORMACI\u00d3 NEGOCIACI\u00d3  ACORD DE CONDICIONS LABORALS 17\/05\/17"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Des dels sindicats que formen part de la Mesa General (CCOO,UGT,SAPOL) us informem de l\u2019\u00faltima reuni\u00f3 de la Negociaci\u00f3 de l\u2019Acord de Condicions Laborals.<\/p>\n<p>El 17\/05\/17, dimecres passat, l\u2019Ajuntament ens va donar la resposta definitiva a la demanda de manteniment del Fons d\u2019Acci\u00f3 Social (FAS), <b>es planta en 350.000 euros (quantitat m\u00e0xima acordada a la pr\u00f2rroga de l\u2019Acord 2012-2015)<\/b>. Els representants sindicals vam mostrar el nostre desacord, tal com us vam informar la setmana passada el FAS del 2016 hauria de ser de 400.000 euros, si se segu\u00eds la t\u00f2nica de l\u2019acord al qual es va arribar amb la pr\u00f2rroga el 2012. Els representants de l\u2019Administraci\u00f3 ens van recordar que no estem en un moment de pr\u00f2rroga de l\u2019Acord de Condicions Laborals, si no en ultra activitat del mateix i per tant \u00e9s l\u2019\u00faltima oferta que fan, tot i la nostra disconformitat amb els seus arguments, aquesta setmana es reunir\u00e0 la Comissi\u00f3 del FAS per establir els criteris de repartiment, si no comencem ja no donar\u00e0 temps.<\/p>\n<p>ACONSEGUIM REACTIVAR EL FAS!!!!!<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019Ajuntament no ens va entregar m\u00e9s documentaci\u00f3, manquen encara les seves propostes sobre Horaris i Permisos i Llic\u00e8ncies.<\/p>\n<p>El Consistori continua sense acceptar cap de les nostres propostes, ens reclama que li donem contrapropostes per escrit i ja tenen la nostra plataforma!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">A QU\u00c8 EST\u00c0 JUGANT L\u2019AJUNTAMENT? QUE DIGUIN QUINES PROPOSTES DE LA NOSTRA PLATAFORMA ACCEPTEN I QUINES NO D\u2019UNA VEGADA!
