Aquest acord fixa les condicions salarials del conjunt del personal p\u00fablic per al per\u00edode 2025-2028.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aquestes s\u00f3n les millores previstes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2025<\/strong>: Increment fix del 2,5 %, amb efectes retroactius des de l\u20191 de gener<br><strong>2026<\/strong>: Increment de l\u20191,5 % fix + 0,5 % variable (si l\u2019IPC supera l\u20191,5 %)<br><strong>2027<\/strong>: Increment del 4,5 % (o 5 %), a percebre el primer trimestre amb efectes retroactius<br><strong>2028<\/strong>: Increment del 2 % fix sobre la massa salarial consolidada<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aquestes mesures tenen com a objectiu la&nbsp;<strong>recuperaci\u00f3 del poder adquisitiu del personal p\u00fablic fins al 2028<\/strong>&nbsp;i s\u00f3n&nbsp;<strong>d\u2019aplicaci\u00f3 obligat\u00f2ria per a totes les administracions p\u00fabliques<\/strong>, incloent-hi l\u2019\u00e0mbit local.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>CCOO, a la Mesa General del 9 de desembre, sol\u00b7licitar\u00e0 a l&#8217;Administraci\u00f3 que les pujades salarials amb efectes retroactius aprovades pel Govern en base a aquest acord s&#8217;apliquin a la plantilla municipal el m\u00e9s aviat possible.
