I aix\u00f2 vol dir que a partir de llavors, tots els llocs de treball dels que havien de ser revisats i adaptats en funci\u00f3 de les seves limitacions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El desembre del 2024, La Comissi\u00f3 municipal de Drets Socials, Cultura i Esports de l\u2019Ajuntament, va aprovar una iniciativa amb compromisos de mesures com:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Declarar la COVID Persistent com un problema de salut p\u00fablica i considerar els afectats malalts cr\u00f2nics complexos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Instar a l\u2019Ajuntament de Barcelona i els seus ens dependents, a establir mesures de protecci\u00f3 de la salut laboral, per tal que als itineraris laborals es tinguin en compte les persones amb un diagn\u00f2stic de COVID Persistent i seq\u00fceles, i s\u2019adaptin el seu lloc de treball a la seva funcionalitat.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Demanem que l\u2019administraci\u00f3 sigui un bon exemple, aplicant-ho al seu personal, tant funcionari com laboral.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aquest tema ja fa temps que s\u2019hauria d\u2019haver solucionat, perqu\u00e8 sabem que hi ha personal que pateix per la NO adaptaci\u00f3 del seu lloc de treball, amb simptomatologies que els hi fa dif\u00edcil el seu dia a dia a la seva feina, i la seva vida en general, i personal que encara espera adaptaci\u00f3 per poder reincorporar-se.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Per tot aix\u00f2, des de CCOO exigim:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A l\u2019Administraci\u00f3 que doni compliment aquest acord, i adapti de forma real els llocs de treball dels professionals malalts de Covid Persistent, de forma immediata.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A m\u00e9s d\u2019incorporar en el redactat del nou conveni, les mesures necess\u00e0ries per a poder-ho fer-ho efectiu sempre.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Us animem a escriure al nostre correu ccooajtbcn@ccoo.cat , si alg\u00fa\/na de vosaltres heu estat diagnosticats amb COVID persistent i necessiteu que avalu\u00efn el teu lloc de treball o les vostres c\u00e0rregues de feina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-0716094ebe187aa26a49fc9ee609fd64\" style=\"color:#f80404\">PERQU\u00c8 AMB LA SALUT NO ES NEGOCIA!<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-6d7e19de919fb8ce5a4bb9bc1e300e0c\" style=\"color:#f80404\">LA SALUT LABORAL \u00c9S EL M\u00c9S IMPORTANT!<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Des de CCOO volem defensar a tot el personal de l\u2019Ajuntament de Barcelona que estigui patint, o pateixi en un futur la malaltia de la COVID PERSISTENT, o seq\u00fceles per &#8230;
