l\u2019\u00fas d\u2019aparells el\u00e8ctrics, endolls, bateries sense a\u00efllament o no derivats a terra i emissores de r\u00e0dio a prop del cos; mantenint una dist\u00e0ncia de 0,5 \u2013 1 metres amb aquets aparells, es redueix l\u2019exposici\u00f3 a nivells segurs.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Tenint en compte que durant la visita del passat 02\/05\/2023 a la UT09 es va verificar que la dist\u00e0ncia que separa la bateria de condensadors respecte del lloc de treball m\u00e9s proper \u00e9s d&#8217;aproximadament 1 metre i atenent al fet de que no hi ha const\u00e0ncia de cap exposici\u00f3 o afectaci\u00f3 a la salut, des del Departament de Prevenci\u00f3 de Riscos Laborals no es considera t\u00e8cnicament necess\u00e0ria la reubicaci\u00f3 dels llocs de treball de precintes i ordres judicials i vehicles abandonats com a mesura preventiva pel personal que els ocupa.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Des del DPRL farem seguiment de les mesures contemplades a la planificaci\u00f3 de l\u2019activitat preventiva d\u2019aquesta Unitat i us mantindrem informats de qualsevol intervenci\u00f3 en aquest sentit<\/em>\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-text-align-center has-vivid-red-color has-text-color wp-block-heading\"><strong>AMB LA SALUT LABORAL NO S&#8217;HI JUGA<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Des de GUBCCOO continuarem insistint en la reubicaci\u00f3 de totes les bateries de condensadors de totes les unitats de la Gu\u00e0rdia Urbana de Barcelona i estem estudiant la possibilitat de denunciar a Inspecci\u00f3 de Treball de la Generalitat de Catalunya.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/ccoo.app\/ajuntamentbarcelona\/sol%c2%b7licitud-de-reubicacio-dels-llocs-de-treball-de-precintes-i-ordres-judicials-i-vehicles-abandonats-de-la-unitat-territorial-de-sant-andreu\/\">Noticia relacionada<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-latest-posts__list has-dates wp-block-latest-posts\"><\/ul>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>RESPOSTA DE L\u2019ADMINISTRACI\u00d3 DE LA NOSTRA SOL\u00b7LICITUD DE REUBICACI\u00d3 DE LES BATERIES DE CONDENSADORS Resposta escrit petici\u00f3 reubicaci\u00f3 llocs de treball propers a bateria de condensadors \u201cSi b\u00e9 l\u2019exposici\u00f3 a &#8230;
