La convocat\u00f2ria sorgeix de CCOO de Catalunya conjuntament amb la UGT i USOC, els tres sindicats membres de la Confederaci\u00f3 Europea de Sindicats. Per\u00f2 tamb\u00e9 estan cridades a participar les entitats i organitzacions que conformen la Plataforma per una Catalunya Social.
