{"id":10314,"date":"2021-06-07T11:53:07","date_gmt":"2021-06-07T10:53:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/gub.ccoo.cat\/?p=6360"},"modified":"2021-06-07T11:53:07","modified_gmt":"2021-06-07T10:53:07","slug":"possibles-irregularitats-en-una-de-les-proves-de-loposicio-de-la-guardia-urbana-de-barcelona","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ccoo.app\/ajuntamentbarcelona\/possibles-irregularitats-en-una-de-les-proves-de-loposicio-de-la-guardia-urbana-de-barcelona\/","title":{"rendered":"POSSIBLES IRREGULARITATS EN UNA DE LES PROVES DE L\u2019OPOSICI\u00d3 DE LA GU\u00c0RDIA URBANA DE BARCELONA"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-6361 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/gub.ccoo.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/13\/2021\/06\/WhatsApp-Image-2021-06-05-at-09.35.19-1024x768.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"820\" height=\"615\"><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: center\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000\"><strong>COMUNIQUEM POSSIBLES IRREGULARITATS<\/strong><\/span><\/h1>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: center\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000\"><strong>EN UNA DE LES PROVES DE L\u2019OPOSICI\u00d3<\/strong><\/span><\/h1>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: center\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000\"><strong>DE LA GU\u00c0RDIA URBANA DE BARCELONA<\/strong><\/span><\/h1>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Comissions Obreres, com observadors titulars, i amb la responsabilitat que aix\u00f2 suposa, de les proves d\u2019acc\u00e9s a la Gu\u00e0rdia Urbana de Barcelona v\u00e0rem comunicar a la Ger\u00e8ncia de Persones i Desenvolupament Organitzatiu de l\u2019Ajuntament de Barcelona i tamb\u00e9 al Tribunal de l\u2019oposici\u00f3 una presumpta irregularitat en la prova psicot\u00e8cnica de raonament abstracte que es van realitzar el passat dissabte.<\/p>\n<p>Gr\u00e0cies a la informaci\u00f3 de Comissions Obreres la citada Ger\u00e8ncia va obrir d\u2019ofici un expedient informatiu per investigar les presumptes irregularitats denunciades per aquest sindicat.<\/p>\n<p>Amb la responsabilitat de defensar un servei p\u00fablic de qualitat i adaptat a les necessitats de la ciutadania; i tenint com a base del sindicat els criteris d&#8217;igualtat, transpar\u00e8ncia en tots els processos, instem a l\u2019Ajuntament de Barcelona a investigar aquestes possibles irregularitats amb la brevetat m\u00e9s gran possible.<\/p>\n<p>Una vegada finalitzada la investigaci\u00f3 i amb les conclusions obtingudes, Comissions Obreres far\u00e0 p\u00fablic el seu posicionament i informar\u00e0 al Tribunal.<\/p>\n<p>Considerem que cal arribar fins al fons d\u2019aquesta q\u00fcesti\u00f3 on tamb\u00e9 requerim a l\u2019empresa subministradora dels tests faci la seva investigaci\u00f3 interna i externa per depurar les responsabilitats tan administratives, deontol\u00f2giques, i si escau, jur\u00eddiques o penals.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-1305 size-full aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/gub.ccoo.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/13\/2018\/10\/All-Sundays-of-November-_-11am-and-4pm-2-1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"728\" height=\"90\" srcset=\"https:\/\/ccoo.app\/ajuntamentbarcelona\/wp-content\/blogs.dir\/6\/files\/sites\/228\/2018\/10\/All-Sundays-of-November-_-11am-and-4pm-2-1.png 728w, https:\/\/ccoo.app\/ajuntamentbarcelona\/wp-content\/blogs.dir\/6\/files\/sites\/228\/2018\/10\/All-Sundays-of-November-_-11am-and-4pm-2-1-300x37.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 728px) 100vw, 728px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;
