Si aquest l\u00edmit es supera, es disposa d\u2019un marge fins a <strong>l\u2019\u00faltim dia del mes de febrer de l\u2019any seg\u00fcent<\/strong> per regularitzar el saldo acumulat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Per\u00f2 qu\u00e8 passa si no les has pogut gastar no per deixadesa, sin\u00f3 perqu\u00e8 el lloc de treball o les necessitats del servei no t\u2019ho han perm\u00e8s?<\/strong> En aquests casos, el\/la cap pot fer un informe a Recursos Humans justificant la situaci\u00f3 perqu\u00e8 no es perdin aquestes hores, ampliant el termini fins a un any per poder-les gaudir o, si escau, sol\u00b7licitant fins i tot que es compensin econ\u00f2micament.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tamb\u00e9 es contempla el cas de les persones que <strong>han estat de baixa m\u00e8dica durant el mes de desembre<\/strong>, que poden compensar o gaudir aquestes hores un cop s\u2019incorporen, dins del termini establert a partir del retorn al lloc de treball.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En definitiva, la flexibilitat hor\u00e0ria est\u00e0 pensada per facilitar la conciliaci\u00f3 i l\u2019autoorganitzaci\u00f3 del temps de treball, per\u00f2 tamb\u00e9 t\u00e9 uns l\u00edmits i terminis que cal tenir presents.
