Us animem a descarregar-lo i tenir-lo a m\u00e0 per a qualsevol consulta o planificaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-57c62548f6aafa7d53e151403aa7678b\" style=\"color:#010101\"><strong>\ud83d\udde3 LA VEU DE CCOO AL PLE MUNICIPAL<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-3d903c629060281a8192273e22b9ae32\" style=\"color:#000000\">Durant el <strong>Ple de desembre de 2023<\/strong>, des de <strong>CCOO vam manifestar el nostre desacord<\/strong> davant l\u2019aprovaci\u00f3 d\u2019un paquet important de <strong>modificacions en la Relaci\u00f3 de Llocs de Treball (RLLT)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-22668c226b13f6e785583216078868a4\" style=\"color:#000000\">\u26a0\ufe0f Vam posar en relleu que <strong>aquestes modificacions s\u2019han fet sense garantir els criteris de transpar\u00e8ncia i equitat<\/strong> que sempre defensem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-contrast-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-f54473f8c26615298a4bcabfff624517\"><strong>\ud83d\udee0 LES BRIGADES REIVINDIQUEN MILLORES<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-a24e9ec57e137a31d66cf8bf6b170c1e\" style=\"color:#000000\">Els treballadors i treballadores de <strong>Brigades<\/strong> han posat sobre la taula diverses demandes per millorar les seves condicions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-b83321d98ec729662c2a3177cc5b3d94\" style=\"color:#000000\">\u2705 <strong>Flexibilitat hor\u00e0ria<\/strong><br>\u2705 <strong>Un espai digne<\/strong><br>\u2705 <strong>Vehicles en bon estat<\/strong><br>\u2705 <strong>Revisi\u00f3 de riscos, torns, gu\u00e0rdies&#8230;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-e6b934056c9d59d73dc357472c4d008d\" style=\"color:#000000\">Des de <strong>CCOO donem suport a aquestes reivindicacions<\/strong>, perqu\u00e8 millorar les condicions dels equips de manteniment \u00e9s fonamental per garantir un servei p\u00fablic de qualitat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-f01612833359083db12c6e71dcf1204d\" style=\"color:#000000\"><strong>\u00abAMB LES COSES DE MENJAR, NO S\u2019HI JUGA\u00bb<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-86ca19e20894f9f1b7f86dfb1c084d61\" style=\"color:#000000\">Aprofitem tamb\u00e9 per recordar-vos que <strong>CCOO est\u00e0 lluitant per garantir unes condicions laborals dignes<\/strong> i perqu\u00e8 les mesures que es prenen dins l\u2019Ajuntament siguin <strong>justes i transparents<\/strong> per a tothom.
