<strong>25 d\u2019abril<\/strong> es va celebrar la <strong>primera reuni\u00f3 de la Mesa General de Negociaci\u00f3 de Mat\u00e8ries Comunes<\/strong>, una fita important per comen\u00e7ar a treballar el <strong>nou Acord de Condicions<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-f339e1aa3f2ae0e6fa316dfe99e435a9\" style=\"color:#000000\">Tot i aix\u00f2, hem de denunciar que, com ja vam advertir en la <strong>nota de CCOO de setembre de 2023<\/strong>, <strong>no s\u2019han volgut incloure les negociacions sobre q\u00fcestions essencials<\/strong>:<br><br>\u274c Discrep\u00e0ncies en la composici\u00f3 dels diferents mesos de treball (laborals, funcionaris i t\u00e8cnics de Policia)<br>\u274c Un <strong>clima de desconfian\u00e7a<\/strong> i manca de voluntat negociadora<br>\u274c Una actitud que impedeix avan\u00e7ar en millores reals<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-42a772a1da51a08ef68bb2e9a45e80bd\" style=\"color:#000000\">\ud83d\udcaa Davant d\u2019aquest context, <strong>CCOO continua impulsant una plataforma de negociaci\u00f3 unit\u00e0ria<\/strong> i una <strong>reivindicaci\u00f3 conjunta forta i clara<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h3 lliures de riscos, saludables i segurs<\/strong>.
