Aquesta pujada \u00e9s el resultat d\u2019un mecanisme autom\u00e0tic previst dins l\u2019acord, <strong>vinculat a l\u2019evoluci\u00f3 de l\u2019IPC<\/strong> dels anys 2022, 2023 i 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\ud83d\udcc8 QU\u00c8 SIGNIFICA AQUEST INCREMENT?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-contrast-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-f3392c68923b192234f97f7a1e18d2a2\">Segons l\u2019acord signat el 19 d\u2019octubre de 2022, si la suma de l\u2019IPC d\u2019aquests tres anys superava l\u2019increment salarial fixat, <strong>s\u2019activava un increment addicional del 0,5%<\/strong>, com ha estat el cas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-contrast-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-a05b7447e184b9fa4cba54ba44bf7109\">Aquesta pujada s\u2019afegeix al <strong>2% ja previst per al 2024<\/strong>, i <strong>s\u2019aplicar\u00e0 amb car\u00e0cter retroactiu des del dia 1 de gener<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\ud83d\udd1a PUJADA SALARIAL GLOBAL DEL 9,8%<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-7a89dbebda82965d1276f71913f1ac3d\" style=\"color:#000000\">Amb aquest increment, <strong>es completa una pujada salarial acumulada del 9,8%<\/strong> des del novembre de 2022 fins ara.
