Aquest\u00a0\u00a0perm\u00eds s\u2019inicia\u00a0\u00a0a partir \u00a0del finiment del perm\u00eds per maternitat \u00a0o de la setzena setmana posterior al part, l\u2019adopci\u00f3 o l\u2019acolliment.<\/p>\n<p>Per naixement d\u2019un fill prematur, amb falta de pes, o que per qualsevol motiu ha de ser hospitalitzat a continuaci\u00f3 del part, \u00a0tamb\u00e9 \u00a0tindr\u00e0 \u00a0dret \u00a0d\u2019absentar-se del treball durant \u00a0un m\u00e0xim de tres hores di\u00e0ries percebent les retribucions \u00edntegres.
