{"id":9595,"date":"2023-02-06T08:20:38","date_gmt":"2023-02-06T07:20:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ccoo.app\/aj-sabadell\/?p=9595"},"modified":"2023-03-08T09:53:14","modified_gmt":"2023-03-08T08:53:14","slug":"menys-fotos-i-mes-conveni","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ccoo.app\/aj-sabadell\/menys-fotos-i-mes-conveni\/","title":{"rendered":"Menys fotos i m\u00e9s conveni"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"gb-grid-wrapper gb-grid-wrapper-e27f13d0\">\n<div class=\"gb-grid-column gb-grid-column-6fb9076c\"><div class=\"gb-container gb-container-6fb9076c\"><div class=\"gb-inside-container\">\n\n<p><span style=\"color: #993300\"><strong>CCOO<\/strong><\/span> va denunciar l\u2019Acord\/conveni de condicions de treball de l\u2019Ajuntament de Sabadell el passat mes de setembre de 2022 despr\u00e9s d\u2019un any de pr\u00f2rroga per la pand\u00e8mia de la covid-19.<\/p>\n<p>Des de la den\u00fancia nom\u00e9s s\u2019ha fet una reuni\u00f3 per constituir la Mesa General de Negociaci\u00f3 i res m\u00e9s. Encara \u00e9s hora que l\u2019actual direcci\u00f3 pol\u00edtica i t\u00e8cnica d\u2019aquest Ajuntament convoqui la Mesa general per iniciar les negociacions.<\/p>\n<p>Davant la p\u00e8rdua constant i cont\u00ednua en drets laborals que estem patint el personal municipal de l\u2019Ajuntament, reclamem a l\u2019actual govern municipal que posi fil a l\u2019agulla per comen\u00e7ar les negociacions.<\/p>\n<p>Al mateix temps, reclamem que es compleixi l\u2019actual conveni. Resten per complir molts temes importants que afecten bona part de la plantilla municipal, com ara:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Valoracions de llocs de treball. Amb un m\u00ednim, establert al conveni, de 60.000 \u20ac anuals per cada any, m\u00e9s el romanent que va quedar de les valoracions ja realitzades l\u2019any 2021, uns 165.000 \u20ac que de moment han volat.<\/li>\n<li>Carrera professional del personal d\u2019oficis i la promoci\u00f3 interna. No s\u2019ha fet res de res tot i que a l\u2019actual Acord\/conveni est\u00e0 acordat com es dur\u00e0 a terme i a m\u00e9s a m\u00e9s les places de superior categoria ja estan creades a la plantilla. Per qu\u00e8 no s\u2019aplica?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>S\u00f3n alguns dels exemples, per\u00f2 no els \u00fanics.<\/p>\n<p>El fet m\u00e9s lamentable de tota aquesta situaci\u00f3 d\u2019incompliments \u00e9s la suspensi\u00f3 de manera unilateral dels articles 19 i annex 2 del nostre conveni per part de l\u2019actual equip de govern.
